Villa Ella

This modern, Provencal villa is located in the hills 3 km from the village of Seillans, 1 of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. The house is located on 3800 m2 of land that is completely fenced and closed with a gate.
From the terrace there is a beautiful view over the hills; in the overgrown garden there is a swimming pool of 5 x 11 metres. There are 8 sunbeds and parasols provided.
The village has basic amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy) as well as a few restaurants with cosy terraces. From the house you walk (1.8 km) to a nice lunch spot with beautiful views over the hills surrounding Seillans.
Cities such as Cannes, Nice, Grasse and St Tropez are within 60 km of Seillans. Mediterranean beaches can be reached within half an hour. The Gorges du Verdon is 50 km from Seillans.This villa features a spacious living room with dining area; adjacent is an open kitchen, in addition a utility room. There is a large fridge, oven, gas cooker and dishwasher. From the living room you can access the spacious, covered terrace. Here there is a large table with comfortable chairs. There is also a gas barbecue. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom (bed 160x200 cm) with ensuite bathroom; here are 2 washbasins and a shower. Also a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm); this room has a door to the outside. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
An open staircase leads to the 1st floor. Here there is a separate toilet, a bathroom with bath (shower in bath) and 2 bedrooms; 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm) and 1 room with 2 single beds (90x200 cm).
