Le Lagon is a 300-year-old bastide, despite its age it is already equipped with many conveniences and outside the largest pool in our offer with a depth of up to 2 metres. There are several sun terraces and you have complete privacy just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Lorgues. You have access to a fully fenced plot of 2,000 m2 with ample parking, a beautifully landscaped garden, a playhouse, a ping-pong table and a trampoline.
Naturally, the best possible wifi internet is available on site both in the villa and around the pool.

Layout:

Ground floor
A living room with fireplace and a spacious conservatory. A separate provencal kitchen with American fridge (ice cubes/spring water) from the living room and the kitchen you have direct access to the swimming pool and its terraces. 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet

First floor:
Bibliothèque with ample seating and a grand piano. There are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and separate shower

2nd floor
2 single bedrooms and air conditioning
Outside, the large, newly built swimming pool, a covered terrace, several terraces both sheltered and in the sun, a beautiful ever-flowering garden and a plancha complete the property.
A new sun terrace has been built adjacent to the pool (photos will be posted in mid-April) with new sunbeds, side tables and parasols.
We will spend the next two years further optimising the bastide in terms of comfort, hence the very competitive rental rates.

Le Lagon is quiet but very centrally located near the centre of Lorgues, where you will find supermarkets and several bakeries. Larger supermarkets can be found in Les Arcs (Hypermarché and Lidl).
