INTERIOR
The house has a large open new kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances such as an induction hob with 6 cooking zones, oven, microwave, XL dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Espresso coffee machine etc. There is a spacious living/dining room with flat-screen TV (incl international channels, several languages selectable), Starlink satellite internet, a bleutooth music box, large dining table and sitting area with fireplace.

Maison Arcadis has four bedrooms. On the first floor are 2 very spacious bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 (the master bedroom) has a double bed with quality mattress 180x200, two washbasins, bath and walk-in shower in the bedroom, air conditioning and large built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is an ideal room for children and has 2 x single beds of 200x90, a cot including thick mattress, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with washbasin and shower. Both rooms have French doors opening onto the balcony, from where there are beautiful views over the valley. There is another toilet on the landing. Ironing board and iron available.

On the ground floor, you enter the guest house from the hallway. This air-conditioned room has a double bed with a 160x200 quality mattress and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and separate toilet.

Bedroom 4 is also on the ground floor and has two single 90x190 beds with large built-in wardrobe and French doors to the garden (no air conditioning in this room). At the adjacent entrance there is a dryer and an extra guest toilet. This room uses the bathroom with sink, shower and toilet located next to the kitchen where the washing machine is also located.

Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, this enchanting place offers a private heated pool with an inviting walk-in staircase and a shallow area at the beginning, perfect for relaxation. By the pool on the ground floor you will find a covered bar, 4 sun loungers, and in the garden another 4 sun loungers, along with parasols and various seating areas and lounge corners. Next to the pool is a covered terrace with a lovely seating area, and for families with children there is security with a fence and pool alarm. Enjoy the evenings with atmospheric lighting in the garden. An electric BBQ and gas plancha are available, and there is ample parking with a charging station for electric cars.
