The house
INTERIOR
Maison d'Oliveira can accommodate up to 8 people and 1 baby. The villa is detached and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious living room with TV with international channels, DVD, radio/CD player, fireplace and of course a good wifi internet connection. There is an open kitchen equipped with all amenities, such as large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and 3 ring ceramic hob.
On the ground floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom and is equipped with bath, shower, double sink and separate toilet. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom and there is a double bed and private bathroom, equipped with shower, double sink and toilet. The living room and the upstairs bedroom are air-conditioned. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, cot and high chair.
The swimming pool can be heated for a supplement on request in spring and autumn. In July and August, the pool water is already at a pleasant temperature.
Access to the house is via a shared driveway with the owner's house. Furthermore, the entire property with pool is completely private for guests and the owner has no view of the garden with pool.

The property is 1100m from the cosy village of Gonfaron and 35 minutes to Toulon/Hyeres airport and 45 minutes to the beach. The motorway is 10 minutes away, the bakery is 3 minutes by car and the supermarket Leclerc 12 minutes away.
The villa is located on a fenced plot of 1200m2 and is very child-friendly, as it has a flat garden with a large lawn and the pool is lockable with a fence, which is ideal with small children. Also the 'plage', the shallow part in the pool of 2 x 2 metres is very nice with children, but also for the adults. There is a tiled terrace around the pool with sun loungers and a parasol. There is a charcoal BBQ and a pizza oven. There is ample parking on site and a garage.

Vakantie in een vakantiewoning die top is, zoals beschreven op de site van Q Home. Geen verrassingen. Woning degelijk schoon gemaakt, ook hier geen onaangename verassingen. Mooie tuin en groot zwembad zijn een pluspunt. Het huis zelf bied voldoende ruimte voor acht personen, zonder op mekaars lip te zitten. Voor ons is dit een aanrader.
Activities
Recommendations include cycling and hiking in the vicinity among the vineyards. At Lac de Ste. Croix you can enjoy swimming, canoeing, hiking and for the real daredevils there is the possibility of bungee jumping or rafting. Near Carcès is a boarding point for canoeing on the river Argens. There is an equestrian centre on the road between Taradeau and Lorgues and the surrounding area offers beautiful horseback rides. Golf enthusiasts will be well catered for. The famous Barbaroux golf course is about 20 km away.
