Villa Théia

Referring to the goddess of sight and vision from Greek mythology, Villa Théia can indeed be called divine. Set against a hillside in Flayosc, this spacious villa can accommodate 12 people in complete comfort. With 4 bedrooms, a studio for 4 people and 4 bathrooms, there is enough space for a large group to gather in the communal living areas and enjoy the spacious terraces, a beautiful swimming pool and a covered terrace with kitchenette.

Villa Théia is accessed via a long driveway with an electric gate and is located on a property of 2200 m². There is room for up to 6 cars, 3 of which can be parked under cover. The garden is beautifully landscaped with different types of Mediterranean flowers and plants and is fully enclosed. Stairs take you to the upper terrace with a large swimming pool on one side, with the possibility of heating and a covered outdoor kitchen with a large dining table. This area is lockable with a fence. On the other side you will find the living room terrace with a cosy lounge area. You always have stunning views over the green hills and valleys of the region and a beautiful sunset. At the back of the house there is a flat area with play possibilities for children, a ping-pong table and petanque court.
The swimming pool measures 9.5 m by 5 m, with a depth of 1.6 m along its entire length. Some walk-in steps and a shallow plage ensure easy entry and is fun for children to play in. The pool can be heated at an additional cost in spring and autumn. Under the covered terrace you will find an outdoor kitchen with fridge and gas plancha, a dining table for the whole party, a seating area and outdoor shower.

Once inside, you enter a spacious living area with leather seating in an L-shape, television with chromecast capabilities and music system on Bluetooth. The villa has a good Wi-Fi connection. There is a fireplace to make colder evenings cosy in spring and autumn. You can also eat inside at a glass dining table. The open kitchen, in Provençal style, consists of a 5-burner gas cooker, built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. In addition, all small electrics and kitchen equipment are provided to cook lavish meals.

Next to the living room, there is a first bedroom with wooden ceiling trusses and French doors. There is also a bathroom with shower, and sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.
Downstairs are three other bedrooms and a studio. There are always patio doors to the garden and downstairs terraces. One bedroom also has a dressing room and adjoining bathroom with double washbasin and very spacious walk-in shower in natural stone. The other 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, share a bathroom with single washbasin, bath and also a walk-in shower.
The studio consists of a large room with 2 double beds, a small kitchenette and a bathroom.
Air conditioning is provided throughout.
