The house
Rustic open-plan gîte. Modern with traditional charm the Gite is equipped with gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave and iron. All utensils, crockery and cutlery. Linen and towels provided except pool towels.
Charming and cosy beamed rooms. Very comfortable beds with 100% cotton sheets and towels.

We are 6 Kms from Caylus and half a km from the little hamlet of Lassalle where we have a boulangerie that bakes bread in wood fired ovens the old fashioned way. This bread shop is open from 4-7pm everyday.
There are great towns for shopping like Montauban and Cahors. Or if antiques are more your thing there are many brocante's within the local area. The region is rich in history and there are many museums, galleries and historical sites to visit. Pérard is within easy reach of the medieval towns of Cordes sur Ciel, St Cirq Lapopie, Bruniquel, Najac, St Antonin Noble Val and Albi to name a few.

Restaurants, food & wine
Pérard is located close to the wine regions of Cahors and Gaillac. Tours can be arranged with the local tourist office. In Caylus we have 3 restaurants and 2 bars and one of these bars serves an excellent lunch everyday. In St Antonin noble Val there are many restaurants to suit your pocket. Farmer's markets run everyday at various surrounding towns and are a perfect opportunity to soak up the local lifestyle.

The area is not short of outdoor activities, including canoeing, river swimming, picnic spots, walking, fishing and horse riding.
The terraced pool is entered by Roman steps, surrounded by stunning gardens and overlooked by a magnificent pigeonnier. The pool is available to gite guests.
