The house
A fine holiday home for 4 to max 5 ps (4 + baby) of 73 m2 with a very well secured private pool on a plot of about 1500 m2. The garden is partially fenced. Ideal for a couple with or without child(ren) or 2 couples. The house is located in Laborie Madone, a small hamlet not far from the pretty village of Salviac in the Lot. Light and comfortable house without fuss.
Interior
This holiday home has: 2 nice bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own wardrobe, a bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer, etc.), a separate toilet, a laundry room (washing machine, iron...), an equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher) with a bright, open living room (sofa, coffee table, cupboard with TV...). Upstairs there is another nice room that can be used for some rest during the day or to work remotely (there is a small desk). Here there is also another double bed and a baby cot.
Outside
The private swimming pool (depth: 1.40 m) is secured with wooden terraces that can be opened and closed by you (children cannot open it). There are some sun loungers and a parasol, a drying rack and there is also a dining area under a pergola with a good barbecue. All this completes the exterior of this friendly house.

This well-kept and tidy holiday home is located on the edge of a small hamlet 3 km from all shops and amenities. Excellent walks from the house. Many activities or excursions are offered by the tourist office of the town of Salviac. You are halfway between the Dordogne Valley and the Lot Valley, close to the main tourist attractions such as: Sarlat in the Périgord Noir, the castle of Castelnaud, the bastide town of Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac-et-Cazenac, Cénac-et -Saint-Julien, as well as Rocamadour "Citadel of Faith", the Gouffre de Padirac (and other caves), For the more sporty, you can also find trips for mountain biking, hiking, canoeing or horse riding.
