La Vie du Moulin

La Vie du Moulin is a modern white holiday home designed by a local architect, located in a rural setting 2 minutes from the town of Gignac in the south-west of France.

Interior
The property features an open-plan living room, a modern kitchen and 2 full-size bedrooms (sleeps 4 and a child), in addition it has separate space (between the living room and bedrooms) with a fold-down bed (for max 2 ps), making it ideal for a family or two couples! There are two bathrooms in the bright space holiday home. The rooms are all tastefully and carefully decorated. The white-wood floor, together with the concrete and wooden accessories and black details, form a warm and chic whole. There is air conditioning throughout the house for warmer days.

Outside
Outside, you will find yourself in Mediterranean spheres.... For this, the fine wooden terrace adorned by a pergola where you can sit in the shade as well as in the lovely sunshine. . In summer, you will spend the whole day here; breakfast together, lunch in the shade of the canopy and a sumptuous barbecue in the evening. While you rest and look out over the rolling green fields by the pool, the children can have hours of fun in the water and on the lawn. This holiday home gets its name from the mill just 400 metres away, be sure to go and have a look there. Magnificent views from the front of the house, you can even see the snow-capped peaks of the Auvergne on clear days!
