The house
Our large holiday home is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Its location in the middle of nature, next to the castle of Cabrières, as well as its proximity to Millau, the Tarn Gorge and the regional nature park of the Grands Causses make it the ideal starting point for many activities. A large and cosy lounge with open fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher is at our guests' disposal. From the lounge/kitchen there is direct access to the panoramic terrace with castle and valley views, which can also be used for meals and barbecues in the warmer months. From there it continues into the garden, which offers plenty of space to relax and play with garden furniture, a sunbathing lawn and a children's swing.

Our house is situated in a secluded location next to the castle of the same name in the midst of nature. Directly from the house there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities and lots of nature to discover. The nearest town is 5 km away from our guesthouse. Our house cannot be reached by public transport, so it is necessary to have a car available on site.

We rent our house as a self-catering house. At the markets and in cooperatives you can buy very good local products from local farmers.
In summer there are evening markets in the villages where many local specialities are offered.
There is also a wide choice of restaurants in the region.
We can arrange a catering service on request.
Activities
Gorges with emerald-green rivers, lined with rugged cliffs alternate with partly steppe-like plateaus in the "Parc Régional des Grands Causses" and make it a huge playground for nature sports fans due to this scenic diversity. Hiking and mountain biking can be done on site, and you can swim, canoe and climb in the Tarn Gorge. If you want even more thrills, you can go caving, canyoning or via ferratas.
Culture lovers will also get their money's worth here: museums, castles, Templar sites, Romanesque churches, the Millau viaduct, the Roquefort cheese cellars and plenty of beautiful old villages, museums and markets. Millau is often the scene of sporting and cultural events. We are happy to help you organise your excursions and activities !

In summer (July/August) our guesthouse is rented out for at least 1 week, the arrival day is always Saturday.
Outside this period, arrival can also take place on another day by arrangement.
During the Christmas holidays, our guest house is rented out for at least 1 week, arrival day flexible.
