The house
We love going to our house where we find comfort and peace. The house is furnished in such a way that you won't want for anything else. The living room (30m2) has a comfortable sofa where you can
evening on can plop to nice DVDs (present in the house) or through your laptop Netflix to watch. In the closet there are several books that you can borrow to read during your holiday. There is plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery. In the kitchen you can prepare a nice meal and you don't have to wash the dishes (dishwasher available)!
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two beds (140 and 160 cm) wide. There is also enough storage space for your clothes. On the same floor, there is a second toilet and a bathroom. From one of the bedrooms you have a beautiful view to le Massif de la Clape.

Narbonne Plage is an extremely cosy and hospitable town with 300 sunny days a year. The bathing water of the sea is of very good quality. The port has 600 moorings and the sandy beach is 5 km long. There are dozens of restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours and cocktail bars. In Narbonne you can still find the remains of the Roman era. The old village of Gruissan attracts many visitors with its colourful shutters and houses on stilts. The cities of Carcassonne, Béziers, Perpignan and Montpellier are definitely worth a day trip. If you want to travel a bit further, you can reach Barcelona in 2,5 hours.

Wij hebben net een geweldige vakantie gehad. Huis is top zoals op de foto's. Alles is aanwezig en heel gezellig ingericht. Top zwembad en super gezellige tuin volledig omheind en de nodige privacy. Alles op wandelafstand,bakker, beenhouwer spar , zee enz... Vlotte communicatie met eigenaresse Nadia. Wij komen zeker nog terug.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad, het huis is zoals geadverteerd en aanbevolen. Alles op loopafstand, en de voorzieningen in en om het huis zijn perfect. Zwembad ook super! Het zal je niet tegenvallen, ik zou het zeker aanbevelen en wij komen zeker nog een keer terug! Contact met de eigenaresse verloopt perfect, heel hartelijk dank Nadia!

Als een God in Frankrijk dat slaat zeker op dit huis de omgeving de natuur. Zeer zeker een aanrader. Wil je genieten van rust strand natuur en een prachtig huis is dit wat je moet ervaren. Het zeer schone strand is om de hoek evenals mooie steden en natuur Wij hebben genoten

In Narbonne Plage, you have plenty of restaurants for all tastes (from the pizzeria to the gourmet restaurant). The region is world-famous for its wine chateaux and these are easy to visit anywhere. In Narbonne, the covered market is open every morning.
Activities
If you are tired of relaxing by the pool or don't want to go for a walk on the beach, you have plenty of other things to do. The area offers many cycling/mountain biking opportunities. You can walk through the vineyards and stop to taste a delicious rosé in the various wine castles. In the area, you will find an amusement park, riding stables, paintballing, jet skiing, windsurfing and karting.

Further remarks
In the summer months there are markets 3 times a week in Narbonne Plage and 2 times a week in Narbonne even. The Saturday morning market in Gruissan village is also very worthwhile. You can find just about anything at the markets and the local "maraichers" offer their own fruit and vegetables.
There are also daily activities on the promenade (music concerts, performances, activities for children) and an evening market every day.
