The house
This adorable little stone house of around 75 m2 is particularly spacious and light. Completely renovated and decorated to a particularly high standard, it has a chic country feel with pastel tones, perfect for spending quality time with family or friends.
Guests will find it an ideal place to recharge their batteries. Just a few metres away, you'll be able to stroll freely in the remarkable landscaped grounds (property with "gite au jardin" label).

DThe Etaville cottage is located in the heart of the Cotentin peninsula, halfway between the east and west coasts. It is the ideal starting point for discovering the tourist highlights of the Cotentin peninsula with its magnificent landscapes.
The gîte is unique, with a soul that makes you feel at home. We have taken great care in renovating our cottage. Every detail has been thought of to make you feel at home immediately. We are delighted to share this haven of peace with you to make your stay unique and successful.
You can enjoy a 6m x 3m swimming pool shared between two cottages and its outdoor furniture, deckchairs, parasols, etc.
The property also offers two luxury guest rooms for weekends away or romantic breaks.

Normandy is first and foremost an incredible "terroir" with a local gastronomy that will delight the most demanding palates: cheeses, ciders, calvados, as well as wines and beers... We are by the sea and have a wide choice of fish, oysters and other "fruits de mer"...
Whether you're looking for traditional products like raw milk and Camembert or new ones like local beers, you'll find something to suit you. We like to share our favourite places so don't hesitate to ask us for advice, I'll be sure to give you my 'secret addresses' of small local restaurants.

Located in Normandy, and more specifically in the Manche département, the Cotentin peninsula offers a wealth of places to visit: Cherbourg and its Cité de la Mer, Barfleur, Saint-Vaast la Hougue, its beaches, Barneville-Carteret, Portbail sur mer, Cap de la Hague, its historic sites Utah-Beach, Omaha Beach, Sainte-Mère l'Eglise, not forgetting one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the famous Mont-Saint-Michel.
In the commune of Sottevast, with its 1,400 inhabitants, you'll find a range of shops, including a bakery and grocery shop, a butcher and pork butcher, a tobacconist's and bar, a florist, a takeaway pizzeria, a hairdresser, a wine shop, a restaurant "l'escale Normande", and the "Maîtres Laitiers du Cotentin" dairy with its sales outlet (milk, yoghurt, butter, cream, cheese, etc.), all within a 2-kilometre radius.

Detached house: Entrance hall with laundry area (washing machine) and wc. Living room (TV, internet) with fitted kitchen area (oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave). On the 1st floor, bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90*200). Shower room with tiled shower and wc. Twin bedroom (2 beds 90*190). Baby equipment available on request. Electric heating included (underfloor heating on ground floor). Sheets and household linen provided. Beds made on arrival. Private garden around the house with a garden shed, terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, car park, shared children's play area, table tennis, boules, badminton available. Private parking space next to the cottage.
You can enjoy a 6m x 3m swimming pool heated from May to September with outdoor furniture, deckchairs and parasols....
The swimming pool is shared between the two gites, La Demeure du Cotentin and Le Cottage d'Etaville.
