Gite de hermitage is part of an old farmhouse,The gite is a completely independent house with its own entrance.The owners live on the other part of the propertyLocated at the end of a small village and cul-de-sac, the keywords here are: tranquillity, space and nature.There is a large hall where bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin is located, a room where washer and dryer are.The kitchen: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and cooker with 4 burners and oven.TV available with all French channels, Wifi availableVia the adjoining corridor you can go to the two bedrooms 1 with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds.A room with desk for any work that needs to be done.The garden, a terrace with BBQ and three sun loungers The house is not set for children under 10 years.

The hiking and mountain bike trails start at the door In the nearby village (4km) you can use the tennis court There is a pharmacy, a bakery a nice terraces where your croissant with a cup of coffee delicious can useful, a post office. 4km away the Lac de Panneciere, great swimming and beach lie.At 16km distance, the capital of the Morvan Chateau Chinon Here is a large Lidl, and B1, a bookshop, a glasses shop, a hairdresser and also the terraces. 21 km away is the large lake Lac les Settons. Here you can swim, boating, pedal boats, surfing and a sailing school present A circular walk of 16 km which is very worthwhile with the ever new views over the lake.
