L'Ocee, your perfect holiday home with private pool and glassfiber internet
L'Ocee offers you a lush garden of more than 4300 m2, containing a pétanque area, a swing, a big trampoline and a private swimming pool of 8x4 m and 0.80m to 1.75 deep. Sunloungers, ample garden furniture, a bicyle, pool toys and a barbecue are available.
L'Ocee has an indoor surface of 200 m2. In the basement you find a washing machine/dryer, a closet full of toys for children, and you can play darts, pool, air hockey and table tennis there.
The top floor is the living area. The cosy lounge/dining room is equipped with an electric 'fireplace'. There are several family games, a small English library, a television with chromecast and a stereo set available.
It gives access to the 18 m2 terrace by a big sliding glass door and you're provided with a garden table and it's chairs, a big parasol and a wide, long sunshade.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with a single bed. Each bedroom has it's own fan. The master bedroom has a shower and toilet attached. In the bath room you find a bath/shower, a toilet, a hand basin and a hair dryer. The third toilet is in the hallway. We provide for toiletpaper, bed linen, handsoap and towels (one for each guest, one in each toilet and one in the bathroom).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a machine for making bread, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, an oven/cooker, a hob, a microwave, two coffee makers of which one is a Senseo, a water cooker, a toaster, a juicer, a mixer and all the kitchen utensils you might need. We provide for detergent, a sponge, a cloth and (tea)towels.
A baby chair and cot are available. (Please bring your own bed linen for the cot)

Leuk huisje mer alle voorzieningen. Ideaal voor de kids door de aanwezigheid van pooltafel, trampoline, darts, airhockey, petanque, tafeltennis.
Zwembad is een groot pluspunt!
Zelfs materiaal voor de bbq. Je hoeft dus enkel je kledij mee te slepen.Rustige omgeving ideaal om te fietsen of te wandelen.
Verwacht wel geen nieuw huisje maar dat is logisch voor die prijs! Omgang met eigenaars heel gemoedelijk en ze zijn heel begripvol.Marja from Amstelveen,
We hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad in een huis van alle gemakken voorzien en een fijn zwembad en een grote tuin. In de buurt kun je leuke uitstapjes maken.

Huis is heerlijk rustig gelegen in een mooie omgeving. Een fijne grote tuin met een terras achter het huis. Heerlijk om 's ochtends te ontbijten en 's avonds hebben we er elke avond gebarbecued, welke ook bij het huis aanwezig was. Sowieso complimenten voor de complete keuken, het maakt niet uit wat je wil maken, het is mogelijk omdat bijna alle keukenmaterialen aanwezig zijn.
Wij hebben de hele week lekker weer gehad dus geen gebruik hoeven maken van de speelruimte beneden, maar het is zeker een meerwaarde voor een dag met minder goed weer.
In de omgeving zijn veel leuke bezienswaardigheden in de buurt, zowel voor liefhebbers van natuur als van cultuur is er genoeg te doen.
Restaurants, food & wine
The weekly market of St. Amand-Montrond on Saturday mornings, is the biggest one in the area. It has a covered part in the market hall, where fresh cheese, fish and meet are being sold.
The nearest restaurant is in the Urcay village, at a mile distance.
Activities
Within an hour by car you find several castles, lakes, spa towns, shopping centres, golf courses, racing circuits, vineyards, restaurants and many picturesque towns and villages, for example: Bourges or Nevers with their cathedrals and Montlucon with it's medieval centre and castle.
Within 15 minutes you can visit a karting track, the Gallo-Roman site or electric boats on the romantic Berry canal in Drevant, Le Diamant Noir (museum of gold) or museum St. Vic at St. Amand-Montrond.
Further away you'll find Le Pal (an amusement park/zoo). When you take the highway for one hour and a half, you'll be in the impressive and entirely different landscape of the dead volcanoes of Auvergne, where you can visit the infotainment park Vulcania.
If you like art, pay a visit to donjon of Jouy, the Noirlac abbey in St. Amand-Montrond or the Grange-verrieres in St. Hilaire-Lignières, a tainted glass exposition.
Other Activities: canoeing, swimming, cycling, walking. In Nassigny is an 18-hole golfcourse
