Villa Mon Rêve

Villa Mon Rêve is a beautiful, luxurious and spacious villa in the beautiful Provence and within walking distance (750m) of the attractive centre of Salernes with its shops, terraces and restaurants. The villa was completed in 2015 and bought by us on 15 December 2021, making our dream come true. The villa has ample parking space on its own fenced plot (1860 m2), several sun- and shadow terraces and a large south-facing terrace with a beautiful view over the valley and a large heated swimming pool of 9,60 x 4,65 meters.
The villa (215 m2) has a spacious attractive living room with a comfortable sitting area and a spacious dining table. A flat screen TV, satellite receiver for Dutch channels, DVD player and super fast fiber optic internet and Wifi are obviously not lacking. The living room with folding doors borders on two covered terraces. The spacious and very complete kitchen is located in the extension of the living room and looks out to the partly covered terrace and pool which are directly accessible through the doors. The fully equipped kitchen has all amenities including a gas hob, oven / grill, microwave, American fridge freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, sandwich / waffle maker, coffee maker, Nespresso, blender and all kitchen utensils.
On the ground floor, level living, there is a luxurious and spacious master bedroom with a double box spring (210 x 180 cm) with an adjoining spacious walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and double sinks. The garden doors to the terrace and pool make it possible to take a morning dip in the pool.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a separate guest toilet and a buanderie with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed (200 x 180) and a bedroom/office area with a single sofa bed or cot and desk. Furthermore, there is a large bathroom with bath, shower and double sinks and a smaller bathroom with shower and vanity unit.
All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes.

Outside
The villa stands on a spacious plot of 1860 m2 and offers lots of privacy and is fully fenced. There is more than enough parking space.
From the living room, kitchen and bedroom you through sliding doors on the covered terraces with a spacious private pool with bain romain, heatable in spring and autumn and equipped with a secure / covered electric deck. On the terrace adjacent to the kitchen is a large cosy dining table to eat in the open air and enjoy a nice breakfast. For a cosy and extensive barbecue there is a professional Boretti gas barbeque. Around the pool and on the terraces are various lounge sets and sun beds to relax.

In short, a very luxurious and comfortable villa for an excellent and relaxing holiday.
