The house
This luxury villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two toilets, a separate dining room (12 m2) opposite the open kitchen (12 m2). The latter two are in relation to the living room in the horizontal layout of a T. In the wall between the dining room and the kitchen is a door to a very spacious utility room which includes a fridge / freezer and a washing machine. There is a lot of storage space here.
The living room of at least 45m2 includes a sofa, four armchairs around a coffee table, a dresser, a bookcase, two smaller cabinets, a fireplace and a TV, Dutch channels are available.
Through 2 wide separate sliding doors you can access the terrace over the entire length of the house. The two wide staircases on either side of the terrace lead you to the one meter lower pool of 10 x 5 m., with increasing depths of 1 to 2.50 meters.
By the pool are several sunbeds and also an extra garden set. Here you can also lie in the shade of some trees. There is also a table tennis table.
The terrace is equipped with artificial grass, and has a shelter with a green roof by means of a "wisteria". It is full south facing, so always sun.
The front door is on the side in a covered terrace of 7 x 3 metres. Here are a steel garden table with 6 chairs and the gas BBQ. Indoors, everything is on ground level.
In the master bedroom (25 m2) is a double bed (200x200). There is a large door to the terrace, has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. From this room you walk into a very large walk-in "room" for all your clothes and suitcases. At your request, we can place a cot in the bedroom.
This bedroom has a large door to a separate covered terrace, equipped with a garden set and has a beautiful view over the pool and the surroundings.
The two other bedrooms each have two single beds. One room faces south and has a very large window with also a beautiful view. The other room faces north, but is therefore always cool in summer.
Next to these two bedrooms is the second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin. Next to it is a separate toilet.

From the living room you have a beautiful view of the hills of the Cannet des Maures and its countless vineyards.
This villa is quietly situated in a woody, rural area, close to Saint-Antonin du Var (800 metres) and a bakery at about 1000 metres.
It lies on its own grounds of 5000 m2, but the space around it makes it seem like much more.
It is situated in the heart of the Var, at 5 km from the well-known town of Lorgues, where a large market is held every Tuesday morning. On Thursdays there is a slightly smaller flower/plant market.
You can go there by bicycle. Behind the house is a, for France very unique, wide cycle path, from Lorgues to Flayosc, Draguignan and Salernes, and is more than 50 km long.
All major and/or well-known places in the South of France can be reached within an hour from your accommodation.
The farthest is Marseille, at 75 min. distance. Nice within an hour, Cannes 45 minutes. The beach at about 30 min. Draguignan, 40,000 inhabitants, is 10 min drive.
The Gorges du Verdon, are located about 50 km north of you.
Les Arcs (Provence) is about 8 km away. It is a fixed stop of the TGV. to Paris (4 hours) But from there you can also go to the centre of Cannes, Nice or other famous resorts. To reach the airport get off at the last stop before Nice and then it is about 10 min walk from the station. You stop on the Promenade des Anglais.

We hebben heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis ligt op een mooi groot perceel en is goed bereikbaar.
Prima bedden en douche. Comfortabele tuinstoelen, fijn overdekt terras en heerlijk zwembad.
Op loopafstand een bakker, supermarktje en een bistro. Goede restaurants en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving.

Wij verbleven 2 weken in deze prachtige villa waar aan het aan niets ontbrak. De tuin rondom de woning is immens met diverse planten en bloemen. Het perceel bied volledige privacy en rust met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het met blauwe regen overdekte terras. Iedere middag even afkoelen in het zwembad na een fietstochtje of gewoon na het luieren in de zon. Wij voelden ons hier direct thuis en gingen met pijn in ons hart naar huis.

We hebben erg genoten in dit mooie huis. Een zeer rustige locatie en uitstekende uitvalsbasis om naar het strand te gaan, te wandelen of te fietsen. Een mooie tuin, goede bedden, lekker en schoon zwembad
Restaurants, food & wine
The area is "bursting" with grape fields. For wineries, you therefore only need to drive around the region, you will be spoilt for choice.
The wineries are clearly recognisable and there you can taste and/or buy the wines.
Terraces and restaurants are available everywhere in the area.
In Lorgues, you will find the famous restaurant "Bruno".
Activities
In the garden is a table tennis table. Around the swimming pool are sunbeds. You can dispose of 2 bicycles, 1 x men, 1 x women. (Sport) bikes are for rent in the neighbourhood. Per day or per week, at a very reasonable price.
The region is really beautiful to walk, cycle or explore by car.
In Vidauban and Les Arc are tourist offices, where all activities, which take place in the area, are offered through leaflets.
Some of them can also be found in the house.
At 7 km distance there is a large riding school.

Further remarks
The owner of this villa has lovingly renovated his house.
The space, both inside and outside, is truly pleasing, everything is well thought out.
Even when the sun shines brightly, you can sit in the shade on the terrace and the woods around the house always provide some "refreshment".
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Additional price info and offers
Rent includes gas, light, water, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
For 2 people, cleaning costs are €150 and the deposit is €400.
The deposit is expected one week before the start of the holiday and will be refunded to your account the weekend of departure.
Dogs must always be registered in advance. The cost for a dog is € 50,= per holiday period.
A charging station is available. The costs are mutually agreed in advance.
