Villa Mas des Anets

Mas des Anets is a beautifully furnished 6-person holiday house with spacious private pool of 8 by 4 metres, located on a (partly fenced) estate of 8500 m2 and only 2 km from the centre of Lorgues. From the various terraces around the house and the swimming pool, you have beautiful views of the garden and the mature plants.

A total renovation of the villa was completed in 2023, resulting in a bright and modern kitchen and new bathrooms throughout. The villa was extended with the bedroom and bathroom downstairs, creating very accessible space, all on one level.

The 3 spacious and light-filled bedrooms are decorated in a country Provençal atmosphere have en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living area with a dining table for 6 and a lovely living room with fireplace and TV. On the ground floor you will find the first bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet and single washbasin. On the first floor the second bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and double washbasin and the third bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and single washbasin. There are mosquito windows in the bedrooms. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.

The rustic olive-green kitchen has access to the terrace and is fully equipped. It includes a 4-burner induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Delonghi coffee machine.

Outside, there are several sitting and dining areas around the house so everyone can find a place to read or relax in the shade. From the house to the pool, there is a dining area under a covered terrace with a plancha where you can prepare delicious meals outside. The large south-facing terrace has a cosy sitting area and dining area with parasol where you can get together in the evening and enjoy the local rosé and local food. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool, which is completely private and not overlooked. The plants in the garden provide an atmospheric backdrop and really give you a Provençal feel. There is a boules court and also a swing for the children, but what is especially nice is the space to enjoy nature in the 8,500m2 garden among the olives. The garden is not fully fenced and borders the neighbours on one side, some distance from the house, with only a simple wire. Only 1 small dog is allowed in this holiday home (on request and at extra cost).
