The house
Holiday home #2 Préconil is a 2-3 person holiday home with a large terrace at the front of the house with nice views of the hills, a bedroom on the 1st floor and sofa bed in the living room.

Hameau des Claudins is a 1600s hamlet consisting of two Provençal stone buildings housing several completely renovated holiday homes. A picturesque ensemble with 15 accommodations. You can use the heated swimming pool or be tempted by a game of petanque or table tennis. Also bread service for fresh croissants and baguettes. All in all, a lovely place to spend your holidays!

Mooie accomodatie op een prachtige locatie met een geweldig uitzicht! Goed onderhouden en verzorgde uitstraling, beheerders zeer vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar voor vragen.

In 2021 zijn wij een week geweest, wij zij heel enthousiast geworden door de video alleen jammer dat er niets van klopt, geen pizza bezorging, geen drie gangen menu en na 20 augustus geen broodjes service. Ook al staan er elf auto’s op het parkeerterrein. Ik heb toen duidelijk gemaakt dat ik geboekt heb door de enthousiaste video, omdat je ver van de bewoonde wereld zit is dat voor ons belangrijk. Vorig jaar is ons beloofd dat de video waar niets van waar is van de site gehaald zou worden. Nu zie ik tot mijn spijt dat dat de video er nog steeds op staat. Erg jammer, wel een prachtig park.

Perfect voor de Familie, alles is netjes en goed onderhouden. Mooie locatie lekker afgelegen, maar alles goed bereikbaar met de auto!
Activities
On one side is the vast nature reserve of Le Massif des Maures and on the other side are the promenade and beaches of Sainte Maxime. The mountain range is densely covered with chestnut, cork, oak and pine trees. A round trip leads you via steep roads through the unspoilt and deserted mountains with breathtaking landscapes. You will find villages like Collobrières, famous for its chestnut jam and candied chestnuts, the 12th century Carthusian monastery Chartreuse de la Verne and la Garde-Freinet. The artisanal village of Grimaud offers a magnificent view of the massif and the coast. Port-Grimaud is also called the Venice of the Côte d'Azur. And the famous Saint-Tropez with its impressive harbour and historical centre can be reached within 25 minutes. Cannes is 45 minutes away and Nice 1 hour.

Claudins is a typical Provençal hamlet from 1600, belonging to Plan de la Tour. It consists of two stone buildings with a total of 14 holiday homes and 1 studio.
The grounds of "Claudins" are 35,000m² in size and have their own water source. You can enjoy the heated swimming pool (open from April to the end of October) or actively participate in the local Jeu de Boules tournament. There is also a bread service in the morning for delicious fresh croissants and baguettes and you can even have pizzas delivered. On request you can also rent an electric Weber barbecue for € 15, - per day. A normal barbecue with coals and fire is unfortunately not allowed due to fire hazard.
