The house
Villa La Crausada dei Camins, is a luxurious, detached holiday home, suitable for 4 persons, situated on a closed domain.
The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a balcony (the bedroom with balcony has a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds), possibly in the living room there is a seating/sleeping element for a 5th person, a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. A spacious living room - 34 m2 - with luxurious and attractive furnishings. There is a fully equipped open kitchen that opens onto a spacious 40 m2 sunny terrace with teak dining table, parasol and teak chairs. From here you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the valley and mountains of l' Esterel. Next to it is a smaller terrace with garden furniture to lie down and rest.
There is a flat screen TV with satellite connection including Dutch TV channels, DVD and CD player with radio. There is also a free WIFI internet connection available in the whole house and in the garden.
The villa is surrounded by a slightly wooded enclosed area of approximately 900 m2 with many safe areas where children can play. Your privacy is guaranteed. Parking is possible within the grounds of the house, with its own lockable iron gate.

The villa is located on a closed domain de l Esterel at the foot of the Esterel Mountains. At the top of the domain there is a large communal swimming pool, supervised by a lifeguard, with a unique view over the valley. Adjacent to the pool there is the restaurant, the Hacienda, where you can enjoy tasty dishes and where you can also buy fresh bread and baguettes and croissants in the morning. Here you will also find 2 tennis courts and a jeux de boules court.
The historical city of Frejus with its adjacent St.Raphael is located in one of the most beautiful departments (VAR) of France. Beautiful, child-friendly beaches are within 10-15 minutes driving distance between St.Aygulf and Port Frejus.
If you are a golf enthusiast, you can play on the beautiful courses of Roquebrune-sur-Argens and St. Raphael. Two complete golf sets are at your disposal (free of charge).
Daily shopping can be done in the nearby Lidl, Metro, Geant, Carrefour, Casino or various fruit and vegetable markets.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit fijne complete vakantiehuis. Goed uitgeruste keuken, goede bedden, fijne douche, geweldige terrassen en zeer compleet en goed tuinmeubilair. Helaas geen airco in best warm huis. Zeer vriendelijke buurman en Nederlands sprekende buurvrouw verderop die zeer bereid zijn je te helpen bij een probleem. Heerlijk zwembad op het domein. Wij hopen nog eens terug te komen.

Werden prima ontvangen door buurman Thierry die ons het huis liet zien en ook gedurende de vakantie er altijd was als we vragen hadden.
We hebben werkelijk schitterend weer gehad, maar het was zo warm, dat het huis zijn warmte, ondanks twee ventilatoren en het gesloten houden van de luiken, niet kwijt kon. Erg warme nachten derhalve. Qua uitrusting grijp je in deze woning nooit mis. Mooie grote tuin waar je op meerdere terrassen kunt kiezen tussen zon en schaduw.
Hadden onze racefietsen meegenomen, maar het aantal ritjes is beperkt gebleven door de warmte en de toch wel erg drukke wegen.

If you are a lover of good wines, you will be well satisfied. There are numerous good wine chateaux in the immediate vicinity. On the boulevard of Frejus/St Raphael are several nice and affordable
affordable restaurants to find. Milano is our favourite. You can also have a delicious meal in the beautiful Provisional villages such as Seillans (Gloire de Mon Pere), Fayance, Callan.

Frejus is an old Roman resort in the south of France in the Provance-Cote d Azur region. Together with St.Raphael, Frejus offers language of possibilities to enjoy your holidays. You will be welcomed by the neighbour who will show you around and explain about our house. If you have any questions or problems she can be contacted at any time. For your information: In Frejus last summer, the corona measures were well adhered to. It is expected that the measures will also be observed in 2021. Measures have also been taken for the communal swimming pool on the site: the entrance times have been regulated so that it is never crowded in the pool. You are also asked to keep a metre distance from other swimmers.
