The house
The simply furnished villa has a living/dining room with sitting area, large stone fireplace, TV, DVD player and a dining table for 6 people. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and 4-burner gas hob.
The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom (with washbasin, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer) can be reached from the living room via a hallway. There is a separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed.
Right next to the villa there is a studio flat with its own entrance. This studio flat has a double bed and a private bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.
The villa has a covered terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. The pool of 7 x 4 metres, with pool terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasols, is situated a little higher on the property than the villa.
You always rent the holiday home and the studio flat jointly and for private use (maximum 6 persons). The grounds are fully fenced and there is parking space for 2 cars.

The picturesque town of Flayosc is located in the sunny Provence amidst vineyards and renowned wine chateaus. In Flayosc you will find cosy squares, restaurants, several cafes, terraces and shops, including 2 small supermarkets, a butcher, a pharmacy and 3 bakers. In Draguignan, situated at only 7 minutes by car from Flayosc, are several large supermarkets.
In the surroundings of Flayosc there are places like Lorgues, Tourtour, Les Arcs, Villecroze, Le Thoronet, Vidauban, Taradeau and Salernes. Within an hour's drive you are already in Monaco, Nice, Cannes or Aix en Provence. Also the Mediterranean Sea, St. Tropez, Sainte-Maxime and the Lac de St. Croix with the beautiful Gorges du Verdon are within 45 minutes drive.
