The house
Beautiful craftsman's house built in 2001, renovated in 2018 in a spirit of continuity. Entrance hall with storage space. Large "cathedral" living room of 40 m2 with fireplace (insert), TV, internet, air-conditioning. 16 m2 fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, LV, piano (5 gas burners and electric oven), kettle, coffee maker, juicer, electric mixer and beater).
Table football. Master suite 22 m2 ( 1 bed 160X200 )+ shower room ( WC , shower , washbasin ) . Night hall, separate WC, large bathroom with 2 washbasins and bath. 3 bedrooms of 18 to 20 m2 with twin beds 80X200 , 1 bed 140X200 , 1 bed 160X200. Large south-facing terrace with awning and dining area. Parking for 3 to 4 cars at the front of the house. Covered terrace. BBQ AREA. 4 m x 11 m infinity pool with tiled deck. Garden area. Please note that the decorative railing is openwork and not suitable for young children. The pool, which is protected by a legal alarm, is not surrounded by a railing (see photos).
