The house is 150 m² and sleeps 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with WI-FI, Bluetooth speaker, TV and DVD player, as well as a storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer, board games and baby equipment.

The villa is only 2 km from the village, and you'll love having a morning coffee in the square while enjoying a gourmet cake and/or a beautiful artisan croissant from the patisserie Clotilde. Callas is renowned for its gastronomic specialities such as olive oil, vinegar, wine, goat's cheese and, of course, the Michelin-starred restaurant Gorges de Pennafort. The village offers all the amenities you will need, as well as 4 restaurants that will cook you the best local specialities and one of the best patisseries in the region.

The house has been tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind throughout.
It has two bathrooms (one with a bath, the other with a large walk-in shower, both with local tiles) and a kitchen equipped with all appliances (professional cooker, American fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster...).

The lounge/dining room has a large table for 6 people, a large sofa, an electric fireplace, cable TV, hi-fi (with MP3 connection) and Wi-Fi. It has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool via French windows.

The two bedrooms upstairs each have a large balcony overlooking the magnificent valley. One has a double bed (160x200cm) and the other has two twin beds (90x200cm) that can be combined to form a 180x200cm bed.
The third bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and is two steps above the ground floor. It has its own library with tons of information on sightseeing, vineyards and restaurants in the area.

We also have a storage room where you will find a second large fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, board games, children's games, CDs, DVDs and pool toys, as well as basic cleaning items.

For young children, we offer a travel cot, high chair, changing table, portable bath, sun lounger and blender.

Enjoy relaxing under the olive trees and sunbathing by your private pool. An outdoor dining room in the shade with a barbecue, dining table for 6 and light for late dinners will please you and your group. We also have several relaxation and reading areas in the garden.
Children will love jumping on the trampoline and playing on the swing.
