Villa La Tourette

The villa is located in the beautiful countryside at the foot of the Montagne Noir, just outside the village of Najac (Siran). Many excursions are possible from this house and returning to this magnificent place is a wonderful stay. The overwhelming nature will immediately put you in a wonderful holiday mood.

General:

This villa has spectacular views, a covered terrace overlooking the pool and is situated on a very spacious plot. A 5-minute drive away is the village of Siran where there are some small shops (bakery, restaurant, bar, etc.) and 15 minutes away by car are several large supermarkets and other shops. From the villa you can walk straight into nature in this great, mountainous area or you can use a mountain bike for several trails. The beach is an hour's drive away. There is ample opportunity to park your car at the villa.

Furnishings:

This nicely furnished villa has a pleasant air-conditioned living room with French doors to the terrace. Adjacent to the living room there is a desk on one side, and on the other an open kitchen with all amenities. There are three bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with its own shower and sink. The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed, patio doors and private bathroom with shower, sink, bath, toilet and 2-person sauna. Up a staircase, you reach the top of the tower of the house where there is another bedroom with a single bed. There is a guest toilet in the hallway.

Outside the house:

Adjacent to the living room, French doors lead to the covered terrace overlooking the rolling Minervois countryside to the Pyrenees and the swimming pool (4X8). Stairs lead down to the swimming pool with walk-in steps. Around the pool there is plenty of room for sun loungers and the whole property is surrounded by the spacious garden. The large plot (5800m²) gives you a wonderful feeling of freedom. You can park your car at the house on the private property.
