Beautiful longhouse, built in stone and brick, completely renovated in 2017. South facing with 12 beds.
The house is quietly located near the beaches of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer and Veules-les-Roses (candidate for the competition of the 100 most beautiful villages in France), and surrounded by a large recreation area, with a small house nearby in the same style.
Local shops 300 meters away as well as a gourmet restaurant.
The house has a large living room and a very bright and comfortable dining room, adjacent to a well equipped fitted kitchen. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite 1 shower room and toilet. The bedrooms are each equipped with a 160 bed and one has an extra single bed. One of the shower rooms has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a chest of drawers.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed and each of them with bathroom and toilet. One of the bedrooms has an extra single bed, the other has 2 extra single beds. Small reading corner upstairs. CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CAR 49 € / WEEK (7 € /day)

The cottage is located on the Côte d'Albatre, between the famous beaches of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer and Veules-les-Roses. Here you will find authentic nature with beaches bordered by cliffs and a green landscape. Many water sports and walking activities are available nearby (surfing, kite surfing, swimming, sailing, horse riding, golf, walking or cycling on the GR and country lanes. Daily excursions possible to Etretat and the famous beach further south, but also to the Bay of Somme further north and its very special light, visit to bird sanctuary, sand yachting, kite surfing, hiking, visits to protected areas are fun trips for the whole family.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce magnifique gîte très bien organisé avec, entre autres, ses 2 chambres pour personne à mobilité réduite. La ponctualité et l'accueil chaleureux de Mme Michel sont à souligner, de même que la propreté irréprochable de l'ensemble du gîte. Tout y est pour un séjour très agréable (4 chambres avec 4 salles de bain privatives, une literie très confortable, un très grand frigidaire/congélateur, suffisamment de vaisselle et de couverts, une gretc.). Dans le village, à 300 m, on trouve une excellente boulangerie et un très bon restaurant à un prix raisonnable. Excellente location à recommander sans hésiter. .
