The house
In a small hamlet in the Normandy countryside is this wonderful gite with panoramic views.
The gite has been beautifully renovated, previously a barn and is fresh and welcoming. There is a large equipped kitchen/dining room and a beautiful lounge for relaxing with a wood burner. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite and a family bathroom. Outside there is a garden with seating and a BBQ.
Upon entering the front door you arrive into the spacious equipped kitchen and dining area, to the rear is a w.c. on one side and a store cupboard on the other. There is a large fridge freezer and washing machine for your use. Leading off of the kitchen is the large lounge for relaxing, with a wood burning stove, television with a freest box for English channels and a DVD player. Internet is provided with Starlink satellite.
Stairs from the kitchen take you up to the bedrooms, the master bedroom is to the right and has an ensuite with shower cubicle, wash basin and w,c, next to this is the family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower attachment, with wash basin and w.c. Straight ahead is the double bedroom and the twin room is to the left.
For cooler days there is also electric central heating.
To the front of the gite is a small garden just for you and beyond this the larger garden of the house where the owners live which you are welcome to use too. From the property there are stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
There is a driveway shared with the owners with plenty of parking
