Villa Coucou Les Amis

The cleaning fee is weekly and amounts to 200.00 Euro/week. The same costs are charged for a period of less than 7 nights.
If renting for a period of less than 7 days, an additional 25.00 Euro/per person will be charged for washing linen and textiles.
The deposit is 1000,00 Euro and will be refunded after cleaning, if the house is left in a tidy condition, as described in the rental conditions.
The reservation is made when you have transferred 30% of the total amount to our bank account. The remaining amount must be transferred to our bank account 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. If you book within the 6-week period up to your rental period, the full amount must be paid at once.
