The house
Ginkgo is a two-bedroom gite with exposed oak beams and many original features (19th century). On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room and a Schmidt quality fitted kitchen with appliances, electric hob and hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, stainless steel extractor hood, large fridge, microwave oven, etc.
On the first floor is the first bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom with bathtub.
On the top floor is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160/200 cm).
On the ground floor are 2 sofas that can be converted into a single bed.
La Marette loves nature, but also animals, so we give you the opportunity to bring your four-legged friends.

La Marette is surrounded by a garden of around 7000m², bordered by fields and woods. A perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Caulnes is easily accessible via the motorway and railway station. The port of St Malo is 50 minutes away, Dinard airport 30 minutes and Rennes airport 40 minutes.
La Marette is perfectly situated for exploring Brittany.
The first beaches are about 35 minutes away and there is plenty to choose from. Saint Cast Le Guido has a beautiful beach and, as you move on, you come to another beautiful bay.
Dinan is a beautiful medieval town and very original with its cobbled streets and characterful buildings - Thursday morning, market day in Dinan, is well worth a visit.
If you're a cyclist or like to walk, there are plenty of cycle paths in the area. In Jugon les Lacs, there are many walks around the lake and many other activities.
From Mont St Michel to the Granite Coast, there's plenty to explore.

Gites la Marette is een fijne, rustige plek met super aardige en behulpzame eigenaren. 4 Gites hebben elk eigen omsloten privé deel met terras (met name fijn omdat wij onze hond mee hadden). Daarnaast is er een groot park met verschillende zitjes en lounge plekken, ook 2 tafeltennis tafels. Gite le Ginkgo is ruim voor 4 personen en mooi ingericht, supercomfortabele bedden. Vanuit de gite kun je langs kleine weggetjes goed wandelen met de hond, ook een weiland waar de hond los kan. Verder zijn de kust met mooie baaien en ook mont Saint Michel binnen uur bereikbaar, middeleeuws stadje Dinan is een half uur. Kortom een prima uitvalsbasis!
