The house
A recently converted 2-7 person holiday home: 4 Bedrooms (1 with double bed 200x160cm, 2 with 2 single beds 200x90cm each, these bedrooms are 3.75 x 3.75m, and the 4th is equipped with a cot (baby) and a cot (toddler)); a spacious Bathroom (3.75 x 2.75) with 2 sinks; the toilet has its own access. The total living area is 120m2 and the total plot has an area of 1305 m2. There are no direct neighbours.
Furthermore, a spacious living room (with a dining table for 8, 2 sofas and 2 armchairs) with TV with Dutch and international channels and WIFI. The spacious open kitchen adjoins the living room and is well equipped with cooking facilities (gas), coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and a modern fridge-freezer. The washing machine and dryer are on the landlord's premises (250m away) and can be used by prior arrangement or you bring the laundry and the landlord does the rest.

Grury is in the campaign, so lots of greenery and mainly cattle farming interspersed with cereal fields. There are several forest plots nearby for nice walks. Grury is just south of the beautiful natural park of the Morvan and just north (about 20 km) of the Loire. You can canoe, kayak and.or swim on this pristine river which is no deeper than 1 metre in summer. You can, of course, do the same on the lakes in the Morvan. Even in mid-summer it is very quiet there.

From Grury, it is just over an hour by car to the beautiful wine regions between Beaune and Chalon sur Saone. In the small villages between the vineyards, you can find restaurants and wine tastings. But of course, you can also buy these wines in nearby shops and enjoy them at the outdoor table over dinner.

ENVIRONMENT
In the beautiful surroundings, you can visit castles, beautiful villages and flea markets or go fishing (with local permit) in one of the many lakes in the area. For all your food purchases you can go to large supermarkets in 3 larger towns (Luzy, Gueugnon and Bourbon-Lancy) all about 16 km away. Bread can be ordered 1 day in advance at a community-run location next to the church.
MARKETS and BROCANTES
There is a collection point for bread (order day before). Shops at 8 km in Issy l eveque.
The cheese-maker and a butcher come to sell their wares on the square in front of the church on fixed weekdays. The nearest cafe and restaurant is 8 km away. The larger towns mentioned also have their weekly markets and there you will also find cosy restaurants and terraces. Nearby are also regular bric-a-brac shops, or the Emmaus shops and, at a somewhat greater distance, extensive vineyards with various eateries and wine tastings

Further remarks
The site is suitable for families with children. There is a small swimming pool (max 50 cm deep), a table tennis table, a football table, petanque and badminton set. There are several terraces. The sunniest terrace has a parasol, the children's pool and chairs. Then there is also a shaded terrace with chairs which provides nice shade especially during hot and sunny days as it is located against the edge of the forest. The plot is 1300 metres and parking is on private property. The terrace in front of the house also has a parasol and a dining table. There is also a barbecue. The use of bedding and linen is included in the price. The property is expected to be left clean and broom-free at the end of the rental.
Additional price info and offers
In September, the price is 10% lower. And in October it is 20%. Prices are based on stays of 1 to 4 people. For 5 to 7 people, there is a 10% surcharge per person, excluding a child not older than 4 years. In the children's room there are 2 beds: a cot (child up to approx. 2 years) and a small bed (child 3 to 4 years) a high chair and a commode.
