The house
This villa is on the cosy park Domaine Les Rives des l'Ardeche, near the village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.
The villa sleeps eight people and has a private pool.
Accommodation: 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Living room with spacious and comfortably furnished seating area with Smart TV and fireplace. Dining area with eight chairs by the sliding doors giving access to the covered terrace. Spacious, open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machines: Nespresso and Senseo. Bedroom with double bed and bedroom with two single beds. Bedrooms have air conditioning. Bathroom with shower (in bath), washbasin and toilet. Beds are made upon arrival. You can use free Wifi. Since 2024, fibre optic cable has been installed.
First floor: two bedrooms with 2x single beds each, both bedrooms have air conditioning, bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside: mature garden with seating under the trees, private pool with Roman steps and sun beds around the pool. The private pool is open from April to October. Covered terrace with garden table and chairs, lawn for children to play on and an additional seating area with new lounge set available for guests. The cosy thatched umbrellas give the garden an extra Mediterranean touch! Parking space for your car on private property and a charging station available. The swimming pool is closed in winter (November - March).

The cultural wealth of the Ardeche
Although the surrounding area is mainly dominated by the rugged scenery and swaying vineyards, the area has many picturesque villages. The lively Ruoms, just north of the villa, once started as a monastery. Around it, a village slowly grew up that is now a popular holiday spot. During your stay, a visit to the city of Alès should not be missed. Would you rather stay close to the holiday park? Then make sure you spend an afternoon in Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historical town and centre for cultural tourism.
It is not surprising that so many nature lovers choose for a holiday in the Ardèche. The great variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey, and towards nightfall, deer, roe deer and wild boar appear on the forest edges. In the many caves, countless bats hibernate.
Gorges de l'Ardeche
Rough nature forms manifest itself in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem to have been scattered by a giant's hand. Due to erosion, they have taken on all kinds of bizarre shapes. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth visiting during your holiday!

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad op Domain Les Rives d'Ardeches. Kleinschalig park, dichtbij de rivier, en dichtbij het stadje Vallon pont d' Arc waar oa een Lidl en een andere supermarkt zitten. Mooie huisjes en een fijne tuin. De hond mocht bij ons huisje mee. Wij hadden een huisje met zwembad, maar er zijn ook huisjes zonder. Het park heeft ook een eigen algemeen zwembad en gratis gebruik van tennisbanen en jeux-de-boules. Je voelt je echt welkom. s' Morgens kun je (op bestelling) broodjes verkrijgen bij de receptie.
