Villa on the cosy holiday park Domaine Les Rives des l'Ardèche for eight people with a private swimming pool. There are around 100 holiday villas on the holiday park, guests can use the tennis courts and communal swimming pool free of charge.

This spacious and tastefully decorated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located on a luxury villa park. The villa and the garden offer privacy, a lovely private swimming pool and a covered terrace where you can enjoy a book and a glass of good wine. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open-plan kitchen offer plenty of possibilities and space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave/oven.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa has 2 bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor (bath + shower in bath) and 1 on the first floor (shower). There are also 2 more double bedrooms on this floor. The beds are made on arrival.
From the villa you walk through the French doors straight into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool in the garden has a cover to retain the heat as much as possible. The private pool is open from April to October. The villa also has a washing machine, dryer and Wifi internet.

It is not surprising that so many nature lovers choose to stay in Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche. The large variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey, and towards nightfall, deer, roe deer and wild boar appear on the forest edges. In the many caves, countless bats hibernate.
Gorges de l'Ardeche
Rough nature forms manifest itself in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem to have been scattered by a giant's hand. Due to erosion, they have taken on all kinds of bizarre shapes. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth visiting during your holiday!
