The house
5 minutes from the shops in the calm of a small protected hamlet in the commune of Chambonas, this 17th century stone building, carefully renovated and opened in 2019, is classified 4**** (Atout France certification) and labelled "Gîte de charme".
It offers an exceptional level of comfort and equipment (mobile networks, WiFi, UHD TV, blu-ray players, plancha, barbecue, wood stove, efficient central heating...).
The 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a private bathroom and toilet. They can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
The magnificent swimming pool area (heated swimming pool, open from May 6 to the end of September - salt treatment for better bathing comfort), exclusively reserved for our guests and offering a breathtaking view of the valley, is the guarantee of pleasant days of relaxation around the large flat-bottomed pool with submerged beach, the bowling green or leaning against the bar in the shelter of the pergola.

Ideally located in the heart of the southern Ardèche and its many rivers, you can enjoy, in the immediate vicinity, its exceptional sites (Gorges de l'Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac...), its sporting activities (canoeing down the gorges, canyoning, mountain biking, hiking, etc.), canyoning, mountain biking, hiking, horse riding...), its villages of character (Balazuc, Labeaume, Naves, Banne...) and its producers' and artists' markets... Dit is het mooiste en meest uitgebreide vakantiehuis waar ik ooit ben geweest! Super mooi uitzicht bij het zwembad en de karakteristieke bouw van het huis maakte de ervaring alleen maar beter. De ligging is goed om actieve uitstapjes te maken zoals canyoning, hikes en canoeing. De eigenaar Pascal is erg aardig en behulpzaam en probeert altijd de vragen zo volledig mogelijk te beantwoorden.

Met de familie genoten van deze prachtige en meer dan volledig uitgeruste luxe gite. Heerlijk de ruimte voor iedereen, van alle gemakken voorzien en voor elk wat wils. Prachtig zwembad met zonneterras met een fantastisch uitzicht op de mooie omgeving van de Ardèche met leuke dorpjes in de omgeving. Een regelrechte aanrader!

Ardèche, a land of wide open spaces and preserved nature. A sportsman's paradise!
5 minutes from the gite, the river Chassezac and its pretty family beach. (pedal boats, canoes....). The more sporty will prefer the descent of its gorges or those of the Ardèche at only 1/2h.
Several footpaths cross the hamlet, so don't forget your shoes. If you are a mountain biker, we can have your bikes delivered directly to the gite (we have negotiated preferential rates for our guests: please book in advance before your arrival).

COVID-19 sanitary safety:
We have put in place specific reception procedures and reinforced cleaning ranges in the facilities we make available to you (detailed protocols available on request). Between each rental, all the sensitive surfaces of the house are treated twice: cleaned and then disinfected with a virucidal product (supplier ANIOS) in accordance with the EN14476 standard: strict application of the "O² Care services" protocol defined with the UNPV.
A dispenser of hydroalcoholic solution and suitable disinfection products (SANYTOL range) are also available to our guests.
Animals: Small dogs (< 10 kg) or cats are accepted subject to prior discussion with the owner. All charges are included.
Water and electricity are free. On your arrival, the rooms will be prepared and the beds will be made. Towels and pool towels are provided free of charge.
In the cold season, the heating of the gite (central heating) is included in the rent (the house is warm when you arrive). Wood for the stove in the living room is provided free of charge.
In accordance with French regulations, the rental is subject to a written contract that the holidaymaker must sign and return to the owner in order to finalise the booking.
