This holiday home is ideal for 2 families with children; the spacious living room (7x10m) is centrally located between 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one side, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the other. Enclosed garden with private swimming pool (10m X 10m). Ideal location at 4 km from the center of Apt where all shops and restaurants are located.
The villa has a living area of ​​210 m2 and has a spacious living room with a nice sitting area with TV B & O. There is also a B&O radio / CD player and a DVD player. Through the patio doors of the living room you come directly to the spacious terrace that borders the swimming pool. The living room has an open dining area with a dining table for 8 people, so there is plenty of room for a large dinner. The holiday home was built in the eight hundred years (old part) and has one of the most beautiful Provencal styles. It overlooks the Grand Luberon and the rock of Saignon. The holiday home is spacious and pleasant. The living room with cathedral ceiling of 5m high offers every luxury and is connected to the spacious terrace through 2 wide window doors.
The holiday home has recently been renovated and newly furnished. The swimming pool was completely renewed in 2018. All rooms are on the ground floor.
All bedrooms have new luxury box spring beds for a good night's sleep.
Since Saignon is approximately 400 meters above sea level, the temperature (usually between 26 and 32 ° C during the day) goes down to 16 ° C -18 ° C at night. This makes climate control (air conditioning) completely unnecessary. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom for heating in the winter.
