The house
THE PROPERTY :
Near to the Mont Ventoux, in the calm heights of Mormoiron, about 8 minutes walk from the centre of the village, our beautiful 160 m2 villa is set in a 2750 m2 enclosed garden with many trees and plants, parking for 2 cars, beautiful views of Notre Dame des Anges and the Mont Ventoux, with internet and wifi. All windows and doors have new mosquito screens. This is a really pleasant house that sleeps six very comfortably.

Bright 40 m2 open plan living and dining room area with sofa, armchairs, dining table and chairs, TV and fireplace.
Semi-open fully-equipped kitchen, with gas ring, electric oven, micro-wave, dish washer, fridge, kettle, coffee press.

Two large terraces. One south-facing with Fermob tables and chairs and a stunning view of Notre Dames des Anges, the other north-facing, with teak table and chairs, and a view of the Mont Ventoux.

We had a superb holiday in this wonderful rental, ideally situated in the heart of the beautiful Vaucluse region. The owners were excellent communicators, responding speedily and positively to our enquiries. When we arrived everything was in perfect order and the house was perfectly equipped for our needs. Sandrine, our concierge, was very welcoming and always available when we needed her. All in all, an unforgettable holiday!

Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door Sandrine, zij had het huis heel netjes gepoetst.
Alles is aanwezig in het huis, ondanks er geen airco is, kan je het huis koel houden.
De keuken kan mss een opfrisbeurt gebruiken maar dit is een detail.
Door de verschillende zitplaatsen in de tuin, kan je kiezen waar je vertoeft en steeds een plekje in de schaduw vinden.
We hebben genoten van een mooie vakantie in deze prachtige streek waar je heel mooie uitstappen en wandelingen kan doen.Marcel en Jessy from Amsterdam,
Een fantastisch huis. Smaakvol ingericht, alles aanwezig, goede bedden en een heerlijke douche. Voor zover dat kan: de tuin was nog fantastischer. Overal zitjes, prachtige struiken en bomen. Het contact met de eigenaar en met oppasser Sandrine was zeer prettig. Als er al een probleempje of vraagje was dan boden zij onmiddellijk de oplossing. Wat wij ook fijn vonden: vijf minuten wandelen en je vindt in het dorp alles wat je nodig hebt. Inclusief het punt van samenkomst, althans voor ons, het beschaduwde terras van Bar de la Liberte. Kortom, wij komen zo snel mogelijk terug naar dit huis!

If you like sport or food & wine, or culture or a quiet time or indeed ALL of these, then this is the place for you! This magnificent region has a lot to offer with its Mediterranean countryside, walking and cycling paths and its amazing views. The Mont Ventoux (1912 m) is a legendary climb in the Tour de France. 25 kms away you can hike or climb in the Dentelles de Montmirail. Just behind our house you can join walking trails around the “Limon”. The local lake is great for swimming, hiking in the ochre hills and the Ventoux Adventure Park with its treetop routes for adults and kids.
Equally you can make the most of the many cultural festivals in the region, especially the internationally renowned Festival d’Avignon, performing arts and theatre festival, that takes place in July each year (30 kms away).
If you just want to do nothing but chill out, then our house is perfect with its pool, terraces, views, garden and quiet environment.
