The house
The cottage is independent and is located on a beautiful property of 7000 m2. There is a living room / kitchen which is well equipped (oven, microwave - dishwasher - Fridge-freezer - TV - coffee maker - Iron etc. ..), a bedroom with a twin bed and a shower room with shower and sink and a toilet. There is a TV in the bedroom and wireless internet access. The cottage also has a sun terrace with parasol - table, chairs and loungers - There is an electric barbecue.

The detached cottage is located in a property of 7,000 m2 - in a very quiet, wooded area two miles from the village center. Montauroux is a typical Provencal village where you will find all amenities: supermarket, bakery, butcher, cafes with terraces etc.. There is also a market every Tuesday, a cinema and a tennis court. A 2 kms from the village you have supermarkets, and all kinds of shops

Leuk huis en van alle gemakken voorzien voor twee personen. Ook voor de hond prima te doen.

Na een vriendelijke ontvangst door Geneviève en Bernard hebben we hier een heerlijke week gehad. Er is heel veel te zien en te doen in de omgeving. Er waren rond de gîte genoeg schaduwplekken om verkoeling te vinden en de jacuzzi hielp daarbij ook. Een aanrader dus, de tijd vloog voorbij!

Het huisje ligt in een rustige omgeving, waar je elke dag de vogels hoort. Het heet ook niet voor niets “les Oiseaux”. Bernard en Geneviève zijn aardige, behulpzame eigenaren, die in een aparte woning op het terrein wonen. Faciliteiten in het huisje voldoende voor twee personen. Wij waren met onze honden en zij mogen over het hele terrein loslopen. Verwacht geen uitbundige luxe, maar een plek om volledig tot rust te komen. Beroemde kustplaatsen (Nice, Fréjus, Cannes etc.) liggen dichtbij en zijn goed bereikbaar. Ook het binnenland heeft tal van mogelijkheden om te ontdekken. De jacuzzi in de tuin is een extra traktatie, elke dag even heerlijk ontspannen met uitzicht op het bos.

In Montauroux there is a market on Tuesdays. At Fayence (7 kms) on Saturdays. There are many good restaurants at low prices or really gastronomic like Terres Blanches, where you can also play golf.
Activities
On the property you can play petanque . At 5 Kms Lake St Cassian, very extensive and touristic , where you can swim, rent a paddle boat, electric boat, or go fishing ... At 20 kms there is the Perfume Capital of Grasse and the hinterland St Paul de Vence, Valbonne, Mougins. At 25 Kms there is the sea: Mandelieu and Cannes , Antibes, Nice International Airport. Take the highway, St Raphael is at 20 Kms - this seaside town is very touristy, there are numerous shops and entertainment (night markets and so on... ) From there you can make excursions by boat to all the islands of the Var coastline. Also visit Ste Maxime, St Tropez, a small Provencal town world-renowned - where you can admire its beautiful harbor with its yachts, cafes and restaurants, bowlers - and in the interior of the city its many shops. The tourist office of Montauroux can give information about the activities organized by the town. You will find all leaflets there about our beautiful region.
