Impressive Provencal house on three levels comprising, on the first floor, a soaring sitting room with a gallery and fantastic three tier coloured glass windows. There are two large leather sofas, tv with British channels and a wood-burner.
Adjoining the sitting room is a circular dining area with a large oak table and eight chairs.
On the same floor is a kitchen with fridge, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer.
Two bedrooms, one en suite, two bathrooms each with bath, shower, double wash basins, WC. There is also a separate WC
On the second floor, up the curved stairs from the dining room, is a circular room with pool table leading to the gallery over the sitting room..
At ground floor level are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each with shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside the kitchen is a patio area with large dining table, chairs and parasol.
A large fenced outdoor swimming pool with pool house and sun loungers sits in the garden below the house.
There is a large summer kitchen with bbq fireplace and long worktop.

Sitting in tranquil, private and secluded pine and oak wooded grounds and garden of about 0.65 hectare (1.5 acres) above the 12th century Templar village of Lorgues.
There is a large outdoor swimming pool with pool house and stunning views towards the hills of the Massif des Maures to the south.
Lorgues is a vibrant village and lies a leisurely 15 minute stroll away down picturesque lanes, a fine way to begin the day with a trip to the boulangerie for your breakfast baguette.
There is a bustling market every Tuesday which sells just about anything you could want.
There are plenty of good restaurants in Lorgues, and many more a short drive away in and around the nearby villages.
Vineyards abound in the area and there are many good local wines to discover.

Restaurants, food & wine
There are many good and varied local restaurants in and around Lorgues including the famous 'Bruno' renowned for his truffles. Take a drive in any direction and you are spoiled for choice for restaurants and there are many discoveries to be made.
Provence is known for its rose wines, but don't let that stop you trying the whites and reds. The area is peppered with Domaines and Chateaux where you can taste the wines on offer and there are some excellent wines to be found locally including those of Chateau de Berne which is within walking distance of the house along the same road.
Lorgues hosts a very lively market every Tuesday where you can buy fresh and prepared foods, clothes, fabrics and just about anything else you might need.
There is also a local producers market held on Fridays with home grown vegetables, honey, jams , bread etc.
Lorgues boasts a good public swimming pool and horse riding is also possible.
Mountain and quad biking are available in the large (470 hectares) grounds of the famous Chateau de Berne, just a short drive or 25 minute walk up the road from the house.
The stupendous Gorge de Verdon and Lac de Saint-Croix are a 45 minute drive away and offer the opportunity to take some spectacular walks as well as to go canoeing and kayaking or just to sunbathe and swim.
Sainte-Maxime and Frejus, on the coast, are about half an hours drive away with St-Tropez only a little further with all the obvious attractions that are on offer along the Cotes d'Azur, including several aqua and adventure parks.
