  • Quiet, rural area with some traffic

Thirty minutes from Nice Airport, Mas d'Yeuse Villa is perfectly-placed for you to enjoy the understated beauty of the countryside and the glamour of the French Riviera - from Monaco, Nice, Grasse to Cannes and Saint-Tropez.

The breath taking sea views over Cannes and not to mention the shimmering heated infinity pool you’ll just want to dive straight into – this is why we fell in love with our villa. Stylish yet practical, it is a great for families or friends looking to holiday together.

With well-equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen and dinning facilities, you can’t fail to enjoy lingering over shared meals together. Imagine sitting on our terrace sipping coffee while the sun comes up over the Med, or enjoying meals rustled up from French produce sourced at local markets while gazing at the yacht-dotted seas that provide such an iconic Riviera backdrop.

Inside, the lofty living room has an authentic Provencal fireplace and comfy sofas. There's also a second living and kitchen area overlooking the pool. Free wifi and internet tv will keep you entertained and those that wish can stay connected.

Unpacked your suitcase in one of five stylish bedrooms. Spread over three floors there is plenty of room and privacy for everyone. You’ll sink into crisp white sheets and comfortable beds for a restful night’s sleep. Two of our beds are kind-sized while the other three are super kings that can also be made up as two singles for children or friends staying together. There are also four bathrooms, two of which have just been newly renovated with Italian walk-in showers and lux shower ware. From fresh towels to soap and shampoo, they’ll all be waiting for you on arrival too.

We hope there's everything you need from a holiday villa here at Mas d'Yeuse. But what really sets us a part from your average rental villa is that we like to go that extra mile for our guests. From the moment you get in touch, we’re here to help make your holiday memorable. Let us know what interests you – from golf to gourmet food – and we’ll put a personalised local guide together that is just for you. Need advice on car hire or would you even brushing up your French? Just ask

We’ll welcome you personally and have arrival refreshments waiting so you can just relax and kick back. If you would like to add an extra level of luxury to your holiday, we can hire a personal chef for you, provide an in-villa breakfast service, do your food shopping, look after the kids. And we're also on hand throughout your stay – either in person or at the end of the phone - should you need us.

Les Adrets de l’Esterel is a relatively little known rustic village just outside of Cannes. But the reason we love this spot is that it has the best of worlds - the coast and the countryside! You’re not far from the glitz and glamour that the French Riviera is renowned for, yet a scenic 20-minute drive will also take you to idyllic perched villages where you can wandered cobbled streets and local markets.

There are plenty of beaches nearby to relax and admire the palatial yachts, from well-equipped stretches where you can lounge and dine in luxury, to more secluded coves.

One must while you're here is a drive of a lifetime along the Corniche d’Or, which snakes along the rugged coast just below us, from Mandelieu- la-Napoule to Saint-Raphaël and Frejus. It is said to be one of the most beautiful routes in France. The landscape is completely different to anything you'll find elsewhere on the Cote d'Azur. Here the Esterel Mountains meet the Mediterranean in spectacular fashion, and the red volcanic stone radiates light.

Those looking for glitz, the bright lights and sophisticated surroundings, Cannes or Saint Tropez will quickly sweep you up in the excitement of the Riviera’s party lifestyle. Further inland you have more laid back towns such as Grasse, where you even create your own signature perfume at a world-renown perfumerie.

Restaurants, food & wine

Half of living like a local on the French Riviera is eating like one. Whether it's fine dinning at Michelin-starred spots to eating more rustic cuisine at some of the more local gems, there are plenty of great choices. In the village you'll have a choice of three local restaurants you could stroll to for lunch, dinner or just take a coffee. But not far away, we can recommend bars and restaurants with stunning sea views to those with quieter village spots where the locals dine.

Why not also get a flavour for the region by tasting local wines at nearby vineyards. Drop by and get to know how they are produced, as well as trying them in some fantastic settings. We have several to recommend locally as well as others further afield for those that want to explore more of what the region has to offer.

Activities

If you crave activity, you'll have free access to two tennis courts. There are also top-class golf courses and even gliding close by. It’s a cycling and walkers paradise too. And if you’re more at home in or on the water, why not hire a yacht or pedalo, go diving or do some fishing!

We are more than happy to help arrange your adventures.
