The entirely in traditional style renovated four person gite is situated on the grounds of hotel Chateau de la Verie.
The cottage overlooks the late-16 century castle and has a private, south facing garden.

The cottage is situated in the Vendee region, which is an off shoot of the Loire region.
The Vendée is renowned for its many hours of sunshine and beautiful sandy beaches.
The area is relatively flat which makes it ideally suited for cyclists and walkers.
The beautiful beaches and golf courses are within 15 km.
Defenitely worth a visit are the beautiful peninsula Noir Moutiers and the island "Ile d'Yeu."

Gite du Chateau is een prachtig verbouwde schuur op het landgoed van Chateau de la Vérie, een kleinschalig hotel met een voortreffelijk restaurant! De gite is helemaal in stijl ingericht en zeer comfortabel. Een zonnige eigen tuin en het gebruik van zwembad en tennisbaan van het kasteel maken het plaatje compleet. Alle voorzieningen (met o.a. een top Hyper U) zijn vlak bij en de prachtige stranden van de Vendée liggen om de hoek. De omgeving leent zich prima om te wandelen en te fietsen. Kortom: een ideale basis voor een zeer aangenaam verblijf in de Vendée, zeker met het prachtige weer van 2018! Aad, Nienke en kleine Luuk, bedankt voor een heerlijke week en tot een volgende keer!
