Looking for peace and quiet? In our beautifully located holiday home in southern France, this is abundant! On the border of the Aveyron and the Tarn, this house stands on the edge of a valley, with stunning views and fully equipped.
And: with us, you pay the same low price all year round, per week!
The house is in Léruech, 3 km from La Salvetat Peyrales, where there is a bakery. A large supermarket can be found just 15 km away in Rieupeyroux.
The house consists of a living area, a dining area and the kitchen on the ground floor.
On the first floor is a large bedroom and a spacious bathroom.
Since 2023, a second bedroom and bathroom are available in the outbuilding. (Le Papillon)
In front of the house is a large garden separated by a hedge, where you can sit or lie down under the trees or under the parasol and enjoy the view and relax in the hot tub, which can be heated.

Léruech is a small hameau where this house is located and is 3 km from La Salvetat Peyrales. Rieupeyroux is a larger town and is 15 km away, there is a large supermarket there and a number of shops.
29 km away is the large town of Villefranche-de-Rouergue, which has, among other things, a number of large supermarkets.

Een prachtig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, zeer verzorgd en schoon..
Als ze op zoek bent naar rust en ruimte dan is er waarschijnlijk geen betere plek.
Je hebt wel de auto nodig voor je boodschappen maar is op redelijke afstand prima te doen. Houd je van fietsen dat moet je die zeker meenemen, de omgeving is prachtig. Omliggende steden zijn het bezoeken zeker waard, zeker Villefranche met zijn grote markt in (de hele mooie) oude stad. Ook vind je in de omgeving leuke brocante winkels. En waar vind je nog vers fruit langs de kant van de weg (Bramen, vijgen, pruimen ) ? Een aanrader dus!Rijk en Sylvia van Selm from Amersfoort,
Een paradijs op aarde, geweldige lokatie van alle gemakken voorzien. Stilte alom, prachtige vergezichten, mooie ruime tuin met veel privacy. Midden in een prachtig gebied wat vraagt om er op uit te trekken.

Een heerlijk huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Het was schoon en netjes. Elke dag hebben we genoten van het prachtige uitzicht en de privacy die de ruime tuin biedt .
Zelfs bij slechter weer is er vanaf binnen nog steeds van het uitzicht te genieten!
De lokale bevolking is erg vriendelijk. We hebben het er erg fijn gehad.
Activities
On Thursdays, there is a big market in Ville France de Rouerque.
Albi is a lovely town to visit, with nice shops and a beautiful church!
Najac is one of the most beautiful villages in France, built on a steep bank above a meandering river and the ruins of a medieval castle.
Lac du Val de Lenne is a 17-hectare lake, where you can swim, in a small pool and in a large pool, supervised in July and August.You can also windsurf, canoe, kayak, mountain bike, fish and archery, among other things.
In July and August you can swim in the river Viaur under supervision. You can also go white-water rafting.
The Millau viaduct is the viaduct of all records. With a height world record, the highest point is at 343 metres (higher than the Eiffel Tower), the 2460-metre long viaduct, touches the valley of the Tarn at only 9 points.

The house is in a quiet area, quiet during the day and at night.
At night, on a clear day, you can see a beautiful starry sky.
You won't find mass tourism here, but you can visit all kinds of sights.
Additional price info and offers
For cleaning we charge 75 euros for the main house, if Le Papillon is also rented it becomes 100 euros together.
For the electricity we charge 0,27€ per Kwh
These amounts together, cleaning and electricity, are deducted from the deposit.
