The "Le Peyrou" estate is a former vineyard that lies in a meander of the river "Lot". The estate is about 15 kms west of Cahors (549 km South from Paris).
On the "Le Peyrou" estate are 3 separate houses, in the centre of a beautifully designed woodlands park that is almost 4 hectare large (or approximately 10 acres), graced with centuries old trees and romantic country paths.
Each home has a private entrance and parking area, which guarantees privacy.
You can enjoy a walk around the estate, swim in the pool (6-12 meters) sunbathe on a loungechair, or enjoy a game of tennis on the tenniscourt.
On a sultry summer's evening an enjoyable pastime is to play "jeu de boules" or sit on one of the park benches in the gardens. There you can enjoy the beautiful view of the "Lot" valley in which there is an old fort that is illuminated in the evenings.
We're sure you will enjoy the space and tranquillity of the property.
