Attractive stone steps lead from the living room the bathroom basement.
In the basement, you will find a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Next to the bathroom you can reach the bedroom down the hallway in the basement. Here is one double bed with two separate mattresses. You will also find in this area the separate toilet and washing machine.
Living Room and Kitchen
The living room (approx. 55 m2) adjacent to an open kitchen makes for the centre of the ranch. You will find a cantou, a large fireplace, which will warm up the room during cooler nights. On top of this, there is a music system and a television with access to the regular Dutch channels thanks to a satellite antenna. Moreover, there is a DVD player and a small selection of DVDs.
Free WiFi is available.
In the kitchen, a dishwasher, an induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and fridge with freezer can be found. In addition to this, there is a wide range of kitchenware.
When taking the stairs from the living room to the attic floor, you will face two separate sleeping rooms stretching over the full length of the attic. You will sleep underneath the rustic, oak rafters. There are two double beds with separate mattresses and one larger single bed (140 × 200 cm). Furthermore, there is an infant bed over which there is mosquito netting. Above the beds hang mosquito nets. There is a cot available, also with a mosquito net.
The house is surrounded by the garden, an outdoor swimming pool (7 × 3 m) and a terrace from which the view is absolutely beautiful. Both sunbathers and shade seekers will find there perfect spot in the garden during every hour of the day. Among the facilities are garden furniture, a barbecue and an electrically inflatable children’s pool.

Graschamp is located in the Corrèze,wich is an area with lots of peace, nature and culture. Thereby, friendly people and tourist attractions near the Dordogne in the original 'French feeling of life à la campagne'.
The holiday home is located halfway a hill. A number of stairs are located in and around the home. Because of this, the location is unfortunately not suitable for disabled persons.

Restaurants, food & wine
The gastronomes of us know to appreciate the world-renowned cuisine of the Perigord. There are many restaurants where you can eat well-known dishes such as duck breast (magret de canard) foie gras (duck and goose liver), mushrooms (cepes and girolles), and truffles.
The area is ideal for walkers and cyclists with many marked trails that you can get at the Office du Tourisme (tourist office) of Ayen. For culture lovers there are old towns, castles and prehistoric caves.

A peaceful and quiet place to enjoy the French country life
The holiday home was built of pierres blanches, the solid limestone typically from the Dordogne. Behind the house, there is a garden of 10,000 m2 offering some required privacy. A large stand serves as a storage room for the garden furniture and gardening tools. Furthermore, there is an old oven, once fully functional as a bread oven. This oven now serves as a storage for the firewood for the fire place and woodstove.
Additional price info and offers
FermePostel is open from 1 May to 1 October. A rental period lasts from Saturday 3.00 pm till the other Saturday 10.00 am. The number of residents is six persons at most. The cleaning costs are 75 euros.
