The house
La Rosalie is a charming holiday home with a private swimming pool, located in the quiet La Tour-sur-Orb. Due to its central location, the holiday home guarantees a relaxing holiday for lovers of nature exploration as well as beach lovers and city trippers.
The property accommodates 9 people and includes a fully fitted kitchen with direct access to the terrace, a spacious living room, a dining room with access to the second terrace, TV corner, two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and a large garage.
The property is surrounded by a landscaped garden of 800 m2 with private swimming pool with child-safe fence, sun loungers and BBQ facilities.
The house also has WiFi, a television connection with Orange TV and Google chromecast.

Well appointed villa and good sized pool. Beautiful countryside and plenty of places to visit nearby. Hosts are very attentive, providing lots of information and advice (sometimes we felt that they contacted us a bit too much, but that could be personal preference / cultural difference).

Dit huis heeft alles voor een top vakantie. Goede ontvangst, voldoende handdoeken, heel ruime en nette woning met meerdere terrassen, ... Alles was dan ook voorzien. Het afgesloten zwembad was perfect veilig voor onze 3 kleine kinderen. Daarnaast is de locatie ideaal gelegen om de regio te bezoeken. We hebben genoten van dit verblijf!

The property is located in La-Tour-sur-Orb, an authentic French village in the Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc, surrounded by vineyards, lakes, forests, gorges, ... Ideal for nature lovers and those who enjoy a sporting holiday.
At 500 m from your holiday residence, on the banks of the Orb, beautiful signposted nature walks and mountain bike and cycling routes start. Lac du Salagou, with a small beach and sailing club, is 23 km away. The unspoilt Lac d'Avène is 25 km from the property. But also the river Orb (nearby), Gorges d'Héric (20 km) and Gorges de Colombières (28 km) offer numerous swimming possibilities. You can go hiking in the beautiful Cirque de Navacelle (56 km).
You can reach the sea in an hour's drive where you can enjoy miles of sandy beaches.
Culture lovers can also indulge themselves in Languedoc with the historic city of Béziers at 40 km and less than eighty kilometers to beautiful Montpellier.
The famous picturesque villages of Pézenas, Roquebrun and St Guilhem Le Desert are less than an hour away and in fifteen minutes you are in the stately spa town of Lamalou-les-Bains, famous for its thirteenth-century thermal baths.
Day trips to Milau, Carcassonne, Perpignan, Toulouse, Nimes and Avignon are also possible.
In the village of La Tour-sur-Orb there is an Intermaché supermarket (1 km) and in 5 minutes you are in Bédarieux where there are numerous food stores, cafés and restaurants. In Bédarieux there are also weekly a lively market (food, etc.) and a large flea market.
