In May 2023, we opened the Villa, a beautiful property with character, set in 4800 m² of wooded grounds with a variety of places to eat, play or relax in the shade of the many trees.
Its location is exceptional, with a panoramic view from the top overlooking the Sancerre vineyards.
And if you want to get out and about, the quiet location means there are plenty of possibilities within a 20km radius of the Villa!
Sports and cultural programmes, or simply wine tasting in the winegrowers' cellars (we can help you organise your visits and your stay).

As soon as you confirm your booking, we'll send you a booklet of practical information to help you organise your wine tastings in the winegrowers' cellars, and we'll help you organise your schedule if you wish, using our Concierge service (picnic basket bookings, meals ordered from the caterer, choice of restaurants ....).

Discover the Villa, with its 15 beds, 5 bedrooms and living room of 46m² on 204m², which has just been awarded the 4-star Atout France "Meublé de Tourisme" label in May 2023 for 15P, a guarantee of quality.
In your own private park, with its tall trees providing natural shade, where you will find all the equipment you need for your outdoor well-being: garden tables, parasols, acacia deckchairs, classic BBQ, WEBER BBQ/Gas grill, outdoor games provided (croquet), ball and boules pitch, children's cycling facilities in the park.
We offer you the seasonal rental of the Villa, a beautiful character property of 4800 m² planted with trees, with various areas ideal for meals, outdoor games or relaxing in the shade of the many trees.
Access to the swimming pool area of the HPS estate is via your own secure gate.
The Villa is available to rent from Whitsun. The final equipment is currently being delivered: luxury beds, bathroom linen and bed linen in Percale Prestige from the Linvosges collection, household appliances, Pillivuyt earthenware crockery (near Bourges, 20 minutes from the Villa).

Come and relax with family or friends, while discovering the vineyards of Sancerre 18300 and those of Menetou-Salon and Pouilly, 2 hours from Paris in our HPS estate of nearly 1.5 hectares where we have renovated 3 houses that we offer for seasonal rental around its swimming pool area.

We offer you the Villa for 15 people, but on our estate you can also rent our 2 other gîtes: The Grand Gîte sleeps 10 and the Longère sleeps 11.
You can choose and even rent all 3 gîtes and make them private!
The shared swimming pool is large (10x3) with a large wooden deck, heated and open from 10am to 8pm.
Our constant concern on our estate is your comfort:
Our quality facilities and services have enabled us to obtain the Atout France 4-star "Meublé de Tourisme" label in May 2023 for 6 people in the Longère, 15 people in the Villa and 10 people in the Grand Gîte.
We offer a concierge service, with the possibility of preparing your stay with us: booking a "nanny", booking a Shiatsu session in the gîte, choosing cultural and sporting activities, choosing food shopping with the possibility of booking a "picnic" basket or reserving one or more meals from the caterer, reserving organic breads made from corn, spelt etc... offering you a round of golf or a discovery package! Canoe down the Loire, take advantage of the hiking or mountain biking trails in the Sancerre hills (2 trails pass in front of the gîte).
For reasons of safety and comfort, when you confirm your booking, we ask you to send us the following before your arrival: our signed General Terms and Conditions, our internal rules for the swimming pool area, the names and addresses of the adults and the contracting party's identity card with proof of your holiday insurance.
