La ferme fortifiée

This cottage is for a family of 6. On the first floor are two bedrooms with a large double bed, and a bathroom. Downstairs bedroom with twin beds, a living room and dining room with a kitchen. Poulmarvezen has a laundry room with a washing machine. In front of the house facing south is a terrace surrounded by a luxuriente vegetation. You can also just relax on the porch with a drink. Passing through a row of shrubs you will find yourself on a large lawn ideal for a football game with your children, or any other holiday activities. Not far away is the indoor heated pool of 9 meters by 4.5 meters and a constant depth of 1.20 m. The pool has a security alarm and an access gate. Poulmarvezen consists of five beautiful cottages located in a relaxing clearing. These stone buildings are older than 300 years. They have been renovated and decorated with taste and quality materials, so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. They are surrounded by 1.5 hectares of woodland where children can frolic and play safely. Each cottage have a yard or a private garden. A small stream bounds the property. People come there to rest, but our houses are also ideally placed to visit Brittany. The Cottage was originally a barn which was parked the old tractor. It has stones and oak beams.
