Pretty free-standing gite 4km from Mur de Bretagne, a small 16th century manor house, totally renovated and with many amenities. Guests particularly appreciate the peaceful, relaxing environment around the house, situated in the middle of fields and the views from the living room and terrace over the Lac de Guerledan and the Quenecan Forest 500 metres away.

The lake has a beach where you can swim and is the starting point for numerous walks.

    Een heel mooi huis om in te verblijven. Dicht bij het meer. We hebben gewandeld en gefietst direct vanuit het huis. Een heerlijk rustig plekje. Het dorpje Mur de Bretagne heeft bakker, supermarkt en een paar restaurants. Vooral voor de fietser en wandelaar een leuke omgeving. Er is voldoende ruimte om het huis. Hier zou misschien iets meer tuin van te maken zijn zodat je wat meer in het groen kunt zitten.

    Wat een schitterende woning. Rustig gelegen en volledige privacy. Zeet volledig ongericht. Met name de keuken liet niets te wensen over. Huis is gelegen dicht bij een meer met goede recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook prima om te fietsen, weliswaar soms wel wat stijl. Maar met de Ebike was het zeker goed te doen.

To discover the flavours of Bréton food, take a stroll through the markets of Mur de Bretagne on Friday evenings from 18h to 21h, of Bon Repos at Saint Gelven on Sunday mornings from 10h to 13h, or of Rostronen all day Tuesday and Friday evenings from 17h.

Don't miss tasting the local galettes with farm cider and delicious apple juice. Let yourself be tempted by the local charcuterie and the goats' cheese.
You will find lots of organic produce - Mur de Bretagne is the capital of organic food in Brittany.
