Selling your property

Your subscription consists of:

  • a listing with a picture in the index of www.gites.nl
  • your own property-for-sale page with a detailed description
  • 5 photos of your property-for-sale (more pictures in the near future) 
  • the possibility to change your page on-line when you want
  • a e-mail form by which your clients can contact you
  • as a multiple seller or estate agent, the possibility to enter your whole portfolio, from which you can choose to bind any property-for-sale page to each subscription (if for instance a house is sold you can quickly bind another property-for-sale page to the subscription)
  • the possibility of a sub-domain

The price is 102,00 €* per year for one subscription. Subsequent subscriptions get a progressive discount.

A one time translation of a property-for-sale page from English to Dutch is € 30,00*

Help

If you don’t have internet access or, for some other reason, you need us to help you set up your property-for-sale page, please call us. We will assist you editing and publishing your information. We are happy to discuss the fee for this service.

Discounts

1st subscription = 0%
2nd to 5th subscription = 10% 
6th to 9th subscription = 15%
10th and subsequent subscriptions = 20%

Photos

We will install the photos you send us (max. 5 per property page) free of charge. Changing photos later will be charged 2.50€* per photo (depending on 'fair use' - see below)..

Automatic Subscription Renewal

A yearly subscription will be renewed automatically, if you don't want that, you need to cancel your new subscription before the end of the 12 month period, in other words before you have received the new invoice.

Sub-domain

All http://www.gites.nl/ clients have the use of a sub-domain where you can add any corporate information and place a hyperlink to your own website. On this sub-domain the visitor can find your whole portfolio depending on the number of subscriptions you have.  The standard format of this subdomain is:
your_client_number.gites.nl   
You can replace the client number in your subdomain by a name of your choice (depending the availability of the name). We will charge you € 63.00 a year for this service. An additional service is the Content Management System (CMS) with which you can add pages to your subdomain and upload photos...

Domain

If you have a subdomain name, you can have your own domain name linked to it thus creating your own separate website with a CMS having the look and feel and the exposure of http://www.gites.nl/. 
We (GlobalSites) can register or transfer your domain name and link it to you account at Gites.nl for an additional € 44,00 per year. 

Syndication

Gites.nl can also be the pivot of your own website. Through syndication we can see to it that the objects you enter in http://www.gites.nl/ are being intergrated into your own website; your entire portfolio can be managed in Gites.nl regardless of the number of subscriptions you have.  Syndication is relatively easy to install and may be a valuable alternative for the current management of your website. If you are interested please contact us at info@gites.nl

Fair-use

For several services we have adapted a fair-use policy; we don't want to fix you to exact figures but want to offer flexibility. With regard to this policy we will contact you if we have the impression that your use of our Internet site exceeds the normal parameters envisages.

Notes:
1 subscription gives  you the possibility to enter 3 property-for-sale pages with texts and photographs.

With a large number of subscriptions we can discuss more flexible conditions for you.  The price of a translation of an property-for-sale page has been based on a compact description. If you supply large texts we will take contact you to agree a price.

*All prices exclude VAT. If Gites.nl has your (non Dutch) VAT number, no VAT is charged.
