* If you have more than one subscription on Gites describing different  houses, it is possible to take out an extra advertisement to describe these as a combined accommodation. The only condition is that the houses in the combined accommodation are within 10 minutes' walk of each other.
The advantage of doing this is that you are more visible on the website and that it is clear that you can rent to groups.

** The exclusivity of a property is subject to Gites agreeing your property qualifies. It is based on special criteria like architectural merit, extra services offered, etc.

*** To pay for minor services offered by Gites, we have set up the Pre-paid account system. This is like a small current account you create with us. We give you €5 as a gift to set it up, then you top it with minimum credits of €15.

Gites charges fixed advertising fees; we do not take any commission.

A subscription will be renewed automatically unless you cancel. If you want to cancel please do so before the end of the agreed advertising period.
All prices are shown excluding TVA. If you are a business outside The Netherlands, no VAT is charged if you provide us with your company name and a valid VAT/TVA number. Dutch VAT is 19%.
Invoices are sent by e-mail to the address you provided under 'Owner details'

Your standard subscription includes the following:

• A listing with a picture in the index of www.gites.eu
• Your own gite page with a detailed description of your gite(s) or Bed & Breakfast (the letter including 5 room descriptions)*.
• 5 photos of your property in a rotating main gallery and up to 5 interior photos of the rooms of your B&B
• The possibility to change your page on-line as you wish.
• A e-mail form by which your clients can contact you.
• A calender on your page where you can show the availability of your gite to your clients.
• The possibility to manage your bookings on-line in a module that is linked to an on-line address book.
• The possibility to send your renter a valid rental contract on-line without any charge.
  

The basic subscription is € 82.50 per year.

You receive your invoice by e-mail which you can print out if you wish.

*Formally a Bed & Breakfast in France has a capacity of 15 people maximum including the host and his family. In theory a B&B has no more then 5 guest rooms.

An extra language

The basic subscription can be used  to advertise in any one of the 4 languages Gites provides:  Dutch, French, English and German. After you have entered the text for your advertisement you can indicate in which of the languages you want to advertise. Any extra language costs € 25,00 per year on top of your subscription.

A one-off translation of your page in any language is charged at € 30,00. The translations are done by native speakers. Of course you can choose to do your own translations.

More then one basic subscription

(2 to 5) receives a discount of 10 %
(6 to 9) receives a discount of 15 % discount
(10 to 20  receives a discount of 20 % discount

Photos

We will install the photos you upload to us, once, free of charge.
For changing photos later on we will charge you 2.50€ per photo with a maximum of € 10,00.

Last minute offers

You can add a last-minute offer to your page. This offer will show up on  the special last-minute page where the website visitor can select from properties currently proposing a special offer. We will charge you a starter fee of € 1,00 + a fee of € 0,40 per day as long as the offer is active. The last-minute offer will be show in all the languages in which you advertise.

Combined accommodation

If you have more then one subscription with Gites, it is possible to create an advert for these subscriptions as a combined accommodation. The houses need to be close, not more than 10 minutes on foot. This extra advert costs € 46,00 per year and of course you'll benefit from the 10% reduction for having more than one subscription. The big advantage is that you can be included in the category for houses with extended capacity.

Your own website

It is possible to create your own website through Gites. The benefits are:

• Simple creation and management of webpages. You can add and edit text, images, video)

• Your adverts on Gites are pasted in one click to your own website
• Lay-out by using a template or create your own (header, background, menu, typefaces)
