Our property, the Domaine de Vincenti, is located in the Drôme Valley, near Crest, midway between Lyon and Avignon. The Domaine is 55 hectares wide and our villas are surounded by a quiet park of more than 2 hectares with century-old trees, an access to a small forest divided by a stream. It's a children's paradise and space is plentiful. The closest village, at about 2.5 kms is Crest, with several supermarkets, many small shops and a picturesque saturday-morning market.

Le Four à Pain: 8 persons - 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - 3 WC - 190 m2 (or 10 persons - 5 bedrooms - 215 m2)

Located at the gates of Provence, the "Domaine de Vincenti" has been our family home for more than four centuries. We have recently fully renovated 3 of our large farm buildings and transformed them into very elegant and comfortable homes where everything has been planned for our guests to spend a very relaxing vacation. The site has a park of 2 hectares, a children playground, a large pool (14x8) and a tennis court.

On the ground-floor, the Villa of the "Four à Pain" has a living room of 62 m2, an open kitchen, a laundry room, and 1 WC. The 4 or 5 bedrooms (depending or our guests requirements) and 2 bathooms with WC are located on the upper floor. Each bedroom is equiped with 2 beds (90x200) or a 180x200 king-size bed. Baby-beds are available on request. The villa is fuly equiped with a fire place, central heating, a washing-machine and a dryer, Internet Wifi, a home cinema, high-chairs for the small ones, etc. Our prices are all inclusive. They are no surprises.

Activities

The Domaine de Vincenti has large swimming pool, generally opened from the first of May till the end of September. We also have a tennis court, opened year-round. We can directly access jogging, walking or biking trails from our property. Many other outdoors activities are available in the vincinity: rock-climbing, mountain-biking, horseback-riding, canoeing, hiking in the mountains, golf etc.

For the wine amateurs, the surrounding valleys of the "Côtes du Rhone" offer many opportunities for wine-tasting. Also, the area hosts many charming perched villages, with regular open markets where local produts are warmly sold by local farmers. Concerts and cultural activities are pervasive in the summer months but can in fact be found year-round. Drivnig to Avignon, with its famous summer festival, is only a 1hour and 15 minutes trip. The old city of Lyon, part of the Unesco heritage, is at the same distance.

In the neighbourhood (max 30 minutes by car): climbing, swimming, golf, walking, mountain-biking, cycling, riding , water sports, tennis , Mountain climbing.

Restaurants, food & wine

The Drôme Valley marks the start of Provence and many local villages have small, personable and affordable restaurants. The local markets and shops have a large selection of organic food, the specialy of the area. Many excellent wines are grown in the area with a large variety "Côtes du Rhône" and "Clairette de Die".

Other remarks

We are opened year-round. During July and August, our rentals are from Monday 4 pm to Monday 10 pm, and typically from Saturday to Saturday the rest of the year, with flexibility.

When you make your reservation we will ask you the details of your party. This will allow us to prepare your "home", specifically for your family and friends. Everything will be ready for you when you arrive and your bed will have been prepared.

Let us know if you have bikes or motorbikes, we will also prepare a location where you can store them.

Additional information prices and seasons

In its 4 bedrooms configuration "Le Four à Pain" is rented at the following prices:

- Low season - January, February, March and from October 16th till the week preceding Chritsmas in December: 950 €

- Mid season- April, May and September till October 15th: 1100 € (Rate also applying to the school vacations of the low-season).

- High season- June and the Chirstmas season: 1350 €

- Very high season: July and August: 1700 €

In its 5 bedrooms configuration, the prices are respectively 1100, 1250, 1500 and 1900 €
