The Bastide is situated in the Cote d'Azur, with its rolling hills and it is surrounded by vineyards of the famous Cotes de Provence.

Activities
The village of Lorgues is very well situated for numerous activities. In 20 minutes is the beach of the Cote d'Azur and within 50 minutes you are in Cannes or in St Tropez. For those who like sportive activities there is a tennis court and there are numerous golf courses in the region. And of course there are the lovely market towns to stroll around in - don't miss the weekly Provencal market in Lorgues!
In the bastide there is a great boulodrome, as well as darts, table tennis and a large trampoline.
In the neighbourhood (max 30 minutes by car): climbing, swimming, golf, walking, mountain-biking, riding , water sports.
General description
The 100-year old Bastide has been renovated, with a different theme for every room. The guest rooms can very well accommodate a family of 4. There is a large master bedroom and an adjacent smaller room for the children. For larger families there is another 3rd room available. The guest rooms in the Batide are separate from the rest of the house and you will have your own private entrance, to guarantee your privacy.
On the spacious grounds of the Bastide you can enjoy and relax in a Provencal ambiance: a sun lounger by the pool. A hammock in the woods, a chat on one of the terraces or a nice moment with a book in the shade of the olive trees.
Restaurants, food & wine
In the Bastide as well as in the region the cuisine has much to offer. Apart from the daily breakfast we offer a Mediterranean table d’hôte twice a week (on subscription). Locally there are many restaurants worth a visit, from very simple to Michelin stars, amongst which you will find the famous restaurant 'Bruno', at easy walking distance from the Bastide.
Other remarks
In July and August the rooms are only available for 3 or more nights.
We're sorry but there are no cooking facilities on the Bastide.

Interior
Avalon is a very spacious double bedroom, completely furnished in the 'style of knights'. It has a lovely cast iron antique bed. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a bath with shower, 2 wash basins and a toilet.

Interior
Room Excalibur is also furnished and decorated in the 'style of knights', but for children. It is situated opposite the Avalon room. This is a small room with a 'small' authentic French bed (190 cm) and only suited for children.
