Cante Perdric looks out over the beautiful surrounding countryside - on a clear day the Pyrenees are visible: the wide open space affects your mind and wellbeing, no wonder the Gers region is also known as French Tuscany : numerous medieval towns in an undulating landscape, the charm of this relatively unknown area is the silence, time to read a book or just falling asleep, walking, good conversation / glass and at night the stars as you almost never see them anymore ... and often you can spot a falling one!

Interior

Cante Perdric (1790-1868), - a beautifully restored farmhouse - located on a hill, was built in U-shape (40x10m) on 2.5 hectares of land: shady plane trees, attractive, partly covered barbecue area, table tennis, jeux des boules/petanque, swings and seesaw.
overview rooms: 4 open plan kitchen- living room, 10 to 11 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.
The lounge: library-music room studio is private and is not rented out.

The swimming pool (7.5x14) is walled all around, complete privacy, all day sun, spacious - partly roofed - terraces with palm trees, toilet and shower, deck chairs, no chlorine but salt.

Available: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Iron, Bed-linen, Cot, High chair, TV, Bath, Fireplace.

Activities

1 In Eauze [18km] a beautiful golf course, 500m away for our guests a complimentary tennis court , skiing one hour away, horse riding, hiking, pleasant markets, vide grenier, medieval festivals, introspective Romanesque churches, chamber music and international jazz festival (Marciac) .
2 Off-season Cante Perdric is host to groups - writers / artists, the courses are combinations of visual art, poetry, philosophy, choral, opera, tango dancing and cooking.

In the neighbourhood (max 30 minutes by car): swimming, golf, walking, mountain-biking, riding , tennis , Hang-gliding, para-gliding.

Restaurants, food & wine

Several wine tastings and Armagnac, there are affordable and more exclusive restaurants, if desired, we serve dinner at the terrace of cante perdric , special needs around a birthday, wedding etc. can be arranged after consultation.

Other remarks

There are three gites: fully independent fully equipped residential units [4-5p], the location is suitable for groups of family or friends, together, yet separate , in special cases the main house can be rented [excluding the salon] .
The gites are available all year, for longer periods we make a price agreement, winter heating allowance: based on separate meters, our prices are all in, so including bed linen, TV decoder, internet and cleaning.
