The gites are located on a horse farm of 70 hectares. The river Tardes runs along the property, which has private fishing,
catagory 1. The farm is active with horses whether they are on pension, training for jumping competitions, or here to be
trained. We have a training arena equipped with jumps. The stables can occupy up to 12 horses including the tack room,
shower and storage for grain and hay. Welcome to bring your horse, lots of riding around. Cost of 12 euros per day.
The pool is open and will be enclosed and heated in the fall.

2 luxurius gites totally separated. Open terrasse. 1 gite of 175 sq.m has 2 bedrooms with beds of 160 x 200, 1 with an ensuite.
Large bathroom with italian shower,toilet and washbasin.
Mezanine has a canopy bed of 140 x 200 plus1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double, ensuite toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen is totally outfitted including dishwasher and american fridge. Closed fireplace, flat screen tv with dvd,cd player. Internet
access.
2nd gite of 115 sq.m has 1 large bedroom, bed 160 x 200, ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with bed of 160 x 200 also
a single bed. Ensuite bathroom. Kitchen is totally outfitted including dishwasher and american fridge. Closed fireplace, flat screen tv with dvd,cd player. Internet access.

Activities

18 Hole golf course, 14 kms away, Local fishing in rivers Tardes and Voueize. Carp fishing at the golf course. Acro branch,
indoor swimming pool 5 kms away. Relaxation and cures at the local Evaux les bains station.

In the neighbourhood (max 30 minutes by car): climbing, swimming, golf, walking, cycling, riding , tennis .

Local restaurants very good but spread apart. Shopping at local supermarket, 1 km away

Absolutely beautiful area of France, a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday whether you chose to be active or just
spending your leisuretime with a book or paintbrush.
