the wooded area of the Haute Saone, which has no industry, light pollution or rush.
This distinctive house is in Chauvirey le Vieil, a village with 37 inhabitants, 340 km from Paris.
The house has magnificent views over the surrounding meadows and neighbouring village Chauvirey le Chatel.
The house has central heating and fireplace.
The area has plenty of bicycle and walking trails, horse rentals, a recreational lake and the city of Langres. In winter at about 75 km away wonderful skiing possibilities.

Entrance, large kitchen/diner, living room, utility room, bathroom, three bedrooms with
separate mezzanines and fourth bedroom in basement, second toilet, two bathrooms, one with bath tub.

Available: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron, Bed-linen, Cot, High chair, TV, Bath, Fireplace.

Activities

Two mountain bikes available, beautiful ATB routes in the area. There are also two touring bikes and a racing bike which you can use.

In the neighbourhood (max 30 minutes by car): swimming, walking, mountain-biking, cycling, riding , water sports, Hang-gliding, para-gliding.

Bedding costs € 7.50 p.p. (optional)
Gas, water, electricity, oil, firewood and bicycle usage € 25 per person per week.
Final cleaning € 95.
Deposit € 150 ( will be paid back asap after your departure)
